It seems like push notifications are available in Chrome. I just received a popup within the notifications panel asking me if I wanted to stay in touch to enable notifications.

I didn't write the migration scripts so ?‍♀️ID's shouldn't really matter anyway. If I wrote the migration script I probably wouldn't retain ID's. There are a lot of rewrite rules int his new site, so things should still be discoverable.

Yeah it’s trting to make Linux an option for the mainstream. Ubuntu still requires a fair amount of terminal usage so they tried to eliminate that. I use a MacBook Pro day to day, I like to focus on my code rather than worrying about breaking my OS, like I always do when I’m running Linux.

Most likely when we migrated there were some empty IDs between 1 and 280, so auto increment did it’s magic and you got a new shiny ID.

I’m a Fedora / CentOS guy myself! Much prefer it over the Debian flavours. I actually used Elementary for a little while on my gaming PC, it’s pretty neat and overall a good experience. Shame it’s based on Debian eh.

The amount of people over their quota was crazy, I had to raise the default limit so people weren’t just locked out.
