Hi all, I've added a new darker theme version and enabled the ability to swap between these two themes. I know a lot of developers prefer darker themes as they're easier on the eyes but didn't want to take away the previous theme, so now we have two! You can change your current theme from the bottom left of the site. Light theme: Dark theme:

I've updated the forum to the latest version of vBulletin, I've also installed the latest version of reCaptcha to try and curb this problem.

I'll certainly investigate that, for now I'm going to keep on manual registration approvals and remove spam accounts as they come online to spam.

So I've enabled new registration moderation, this requires manual intervention for new accounts. It seems like Dominion has done a great job at curbing the current spam but I'll keep an eye on the site to ensure the spam is resolved.

Hmm. The problem is I moved us back to Recaptcha as the previous captcha system had actually blocked all new user registration. So naturally the bots saw this and started solving them like hot cakes. I'll have a look into this and see if we can curb the spam!

I can certainly look at installing a darker theme that you guys could switch to if you'd like? If you have any suggestions for VB themes I'd be happy to consider them.

New version of VB for some reasons didn't like the MySQL tags this post had in it. You aren't really allowed to swap paid mods, the licence probably doesn't grant you the ability to transfer the licence. Be careful when dealing with paid works.

From what I remember the table has a background colour attribute on it. Have a look in the template files for any reference to #FFFFFF or #FFF

As Kyle has said I'm up for creating any new boards that people will contribute towards, however I will be reluctant to add a board if I think it's going to be inactive. I'm slowly modifying the boards and structure of the forum, renaming some boards to make them more general and adding new relevant modern boards.

I totally agree with this, I guess they were trying to provide an easy interface to those who are new to the industry. Native will always be best.
