Well, i'll keep this quick and short. It was brought to my attention that Reece was using one of my clients designs on one of his sites, http://www.multi-gaming.co.uk, which he has taken down since I brought it to his attention.

Around 2-3 days ago I asked you if you created a design for some guy DeathXXX, you confirmed with me you did.

I asked this as he had a login he offered to me, cheap too, I did my best to make sure that this was actually his own so I asked Pete and he confirmed he did work for him on designing and coding the template.

So after Pete confirming, I purchased the login page off DeathXXX.

More questions to this? Because apparently Pete has now been told by him that this was not sold. Therefore I don't see what the issue is only I have been threatened over if I don't remove it in the next hour then I'm going to have some issues.

And also to confirm I wasn't removing it when you brought it to my attention, but when someone called Jay did that's when I removed it after threats.

Not going to take huge notice of any of this. Ive said my part & that is all from me. And for Jason's comments, I have plenty of stuff about himself & correct screenshot is true but me and Jason was a long while. You think im stupid enough to go purchase work from Pete and have him edit my site give him my site link and then use another design he created.

I bought it from DeathXXX for £8.50 as he claimed he had 3 layouts he had made from Pete.

In this case, I will be hoping to see a response here by DeathXXX to see his point over this.

Pete hasn't answered that this was or wasn't under DeathXXX's ownership, therefore what's against me here if i purchased from DeathXXX yet we don't know if it is actually DeathXXX's template.

I'm done with my fireback here, I will be continuing with Splash and the offer I gave for the next 4 week to prove what I am really worthy of.

Also if you are capable of what you say you are in the splash thread. Why would you buy and use this layout instead of creating your own?

I then faked a PayPal account showing a nice balance, and a transaction from one of my "clients";

He asked me (you can see from the chat) to verify my PayPal address. I quickly created a gMail account, and added the e-mail to my verified account, and made it the primary e-mail. You can see this makes my new e-mail look legitimate, and that I've been in business for over 2 years.

He didn't bite, considering everything looks legitimate at my end.

Conclusion

I think [MENTION=70260]Reecey12345[/MENTION] genuinely thought he had purchased the template off [MENTION=70219]DeathXXX[/MENTION] to be able to use on his site. Resulting from the evidence I've published, it's also apparent that [MENTION=70260]Reecey12345[/MENTION] was not up for making a quick $1.5k for giving me the zip file of Peters work, which only reinforces my opinion about [MENTION=70260]Reecey12345[/MENTION]

Sniko, doing that now when on the spot is different than doing it before anyone knew. Any smart person or anyone with a slight amount of intelligence would smell this to be a set-up and not go through with it. Come'on.

To honestly believe he is genuine after seeing the other logs and how this went down is ridiculous. Well, all I can say is that he has not shown any proof that he was buying it from Deathxxx, nor did he ever question the sale of the template to me. Just the other logs a lone show he is capable of taking someone else's work without remorse. He has shown zero credibility to his story nor defend the other chat loga shown. All he has said was 'I have changed', which is in your logs with him. Expressing that he has thought about this before or attempted this before.

Over everything I don't think I even sent Jason anything but I can also show that Jason was asking me for the /DM template part of your directory. And Pete, about the logs Sniko has shown, how does that show I had interest, come on anyone offered that amount of money would have interest, but I turned it down time after time. The only reason I was asking all these questions was because I was trying to find out who this was, I've stated several times in the logs too I've changed but you know what, majority of people have ripped something in there life time & I've admitted it anyway. And when I committed that act, my coding abilitys was next to nothing and I put promise out there that I've changed hugely from that mistake I made.

And for Jason to act like he is the most innocent person ever, he's far from it.

Maybe Pete this would have been prevented, I can gurantee I wont be the only one who ripped some of your work off your site a few month back, I can gurantee there are other people out there who have and not be found out yet. But keeping the html's of every client you've done work for and showing the link on one of your threads in the forum in the past really does baffle me. Especially when my own layout is upon there.

Anyway now I am sticking with where I'm heading I can only prove myself to you guys. The Two hour offering with Splash will stay as usual. And in that time I'm sure I can prove my REAL abilities.

I then faked a PayPal account showing a nice balance, and a transaction from one of my "clients";

He asked me (you can see from the chat) to verify my PayPal address. I quickly created a gMail account, and added the e-mail to my verified account, and made it the primary e-mail. You can see this makes my new e-mail look legitimate, and that I've been in business for over 2 years.

He didn't bite, considering everything looks legitimate at my end.

Conclusion

I think @Reecey12345 genuinely thought he had purchased the template off @DeathXXX to be able to use on his site. Resulting from the evidence I've published, it's also apparent that @Reecey12345 was not up for making a quick $1.5k for giving me the zip file of Peters work, which only reinforces my opinion about @Reecey12345

Just seems like a lot of pointing fingers. You can steal front end stuff but if the rest of the game is crap then it shows.

He can contact your webhost and get your account shut down pretty easily so if I were you i'd just revert the template to an old one.

This is nothing about a whole site template. It was just a login template, the ingame template is MY very own design and was coded by Pete himself as he can confirm.

I emailed DeathXXX sending the link to this thread last night. If he is the original owner or not, I don't know but Peter hasn't denied that he isn't which is still what I await from Peter to confirm who's login page this actually is.
