Nope, it's already been cut down from $15.00

I believe you're looking for this. http://store.davemacaulay.com/products/Ajax-Gang%7B47%7DChannel-Chat-System.html

Pretty confused here, I haven't owned a game, let alone sold a game within 2 or so years. When I did sell those games I explicitly said there was no licence transfer upon sale.

I'd personally say that $25-$35 is to low for this job if you wanted a true professional with solid code, but I imagine there is someone on here who is still learning who is willing to help you out. I doubt anyone would every steal your PSD. They'd have to code it anyhow.

I'd say have an invalid attempt counter and when they've entered their password wrong 3 times then flash up a captcha.

$5 is a couple of minutes of a designers time. You might get some rather crummy looking shapes with a little bit of badly styled text. Should increase your budget.

Looking for someone to clean up framework of page for money
Dave replied to VegasKiller's topic in Game Support
Or shove it into NetBeans and run the Source -> Formatter function and it'll tab all your code nicely. -
The polling system was created by a member of my team who has very limited experience in PHP, it was no where near a decent piece of work thus the price tag being so low. He wanted a bit of money for the weekend and had a week of so I threw it at him. If anyone more professional was to of completed it, it would of certainly costed a fair amount more. Somewhere around the $400 mark to have it created properly, in a decent manner instead of the flat file, bog standard way it was. I've gotta be with Haunted on this one about how low your budgets are, as I was on the original project and I soon realised how badly I under quoted the entire thing. If you want a decent coder who won't just make your game full of more holes then swiss cheese and also mess you around you're going to struggle. I'm earning more then you're offering as an apprentice web developer, and that's saying something compared to UK apprenticeship rates.

I personally use Netbeans to develop when I am on my Mac at work, and continue to use Netbeans when I'm on a windows desktop.

This is due to the differences with the 2.0.5b version and the original v2 version I wrote the mod for. I'm really sorry I haven't been able to get back to you about this as work is drowning me, I shall PM you now.

What engine are you using? I have an ajax chat for McCodes knocking about. There are some docs on the blueimp github about this though. https://github.com/Frug/AJAX-Chat/wiki/Integration-versions

What about anyone running anything less then 5.3! I had this problem with one of my mods a while ago so thought I'd just point it out.

Should watch out for PHP short tags they're not always enabled. Other then that it looks like nicely structured code. Also, your screenshot is broken.

Sadly not, looks like somebody brought up a really old post. Certainly a good read though! just skimmed over it.

If the page is secure there is a good chance it's secure for a reason. Such as credit card information or a user login. Probably why Google don't offer this solution.

http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx is a nice popular one.

It's amazing how off topic this thread has become, and the fact that members of the Administrative team have taken it to this. Ruler you will be missed.

I remember this! I always loved following the nominations along with the general process. You've got my vote.

EUKHost are solid and when I used them a while ago there support was second to none! You'll pay for it though. http://www.eukhost.com/vps-hosting.php Very bad decision, they have awful support who couldn't understand me on the phone. Considering I have a clear southern british accent I was incredibly confused. Also, if your payment method has expired or generally fails instead of simply cancelling your account they will chase you with debt collection agencies and threaten you with extra charges. Not something I like to see in a company if I'm brutally honest.

Thanks for the mention man! Glad to see you've found a job finally! Now you can pay me that money you owe me ;)

Do a complete barebones test. Test the monitor as well, you never know the monitor could be fried.

Manworm he is just advising that on a $2,000 budget you'd struggle to get high quality custom content. This doesn't at all mean you cannot find a well produced game running a pre-built script which could easily make a return on the initial investment.

Looks relatively nice but I'm going to be honest and say that $15.00 for this is quite steep considering this isn't (well I maybe wrong) a very difficult system to create. Nice work anyway! good luck with sales.

If you only play games with your life and don't have a practical application for the system then it's fine. Otherwise it's not ideal, may as well converge all your computer budgets into one decent system.

I'd suggest if you're going to build your own PC for gaming you should definitely invest into a better processor and obviously a graphics card. You'd be better of getting a smaller HD and making the computers performance faster/better.
