  1. The Facebook developer platform isn't complicated at all, you can take a standalone site and just integrate key parts of the Facbeook API. Such as login, sharing etc.
  2. Good to see an apology, best way to go about mistakes like this. You'll be able to rebuild your reputation if you stick to being a good guy!
  3. Don't you just hate awkward clients ;) Good to see he has stayed professional and continued to work alongside you.

    Mccode Support [Suck]

I've just replied to your support ticket, sorry for the delay in our response. It is the weekend after all.
  5. No signs of it being a spam thread! :P
  6. Nice and constructive helpful comment there. There's plenty of tutorials on the net to do with graphics design, what area would you like to go into? Print design, web design?
  7. Looks pretty cool! it has a very realistic feel
  8. Because if you don't have a licence your site could get closed down. Also you'll end up with a insecure version of the script most likely. v2.0.5b - (basically v2 with some improvements) - $100 http://mccodes.com/products.php
  9. Can't see anyone being out of line in here, just stating that his budget is rather low for the market of games, especially with the requirements he has. Good luck with your purchase, I have a few old domains lying about but they have no traffic so I doubt you'd be interested.
  10. Which error? Private message me!
  11. Just because it's old doesn't mean people aren't still using it.
  12. That's not true at all, contact your host they can normally enable certain versions for your account.
  13. Your points are all incredibly valid, that's why we're trying to make V3 a very appealing product. The addition of myself and Sniko to the team should help push any bug fixes and updates in a timely manner.
  14. I'd suggest Windows 8, it's clean and works. The metro screen you can just skip and never use the metro apps.
  15. Pretty good quote! We have things like that written in big letters upon our meeting room walls.

    First Game Layout

You could fetch a higher price if you act upon our feedback! Good luck with sales :)

The in game is not to my taste either, you need to experiment with fonts more, and use correct sizes for each elements. The effects on the main content also look ammature, try using different real life textures with layer styles and try to play around a lot more with the effects options so you don't end up with the standard looking bevels.
  18. Really you shouldn't be using inline styles and instead should set up a class: .error.red { color: #f00; } Then do <span class="error red">....</span>
  19. Looks very interesting! Good use of bootstrap as well, will be nice to see how this all comes together
  20. Say the word assume around my project manager and you'll realize how great hell sounds. Never assume, can create big big mistakes.
  21. Even though Zero's post is from back in 2009! Rockwood I'd try and send him a personal message.
  22. Very nice and clean template! Would certainly work well for a clean and easy to view portfolio. I'd focus on your margins between text and other elements as it seems some are a bit to squished up.

Very nice use of the colour palette, easy on the eyes as well! I'd say try and get away from the standard use of bevels, look for new ways to give elements depth and textures.
  24. I do quite like CodeIgniter, it's a well built framework and has a lot of potential so I would suggest it. When it comes to frameworks there's a lot of discussion about frameworks breaking software design principles. I'd give this a read: https://gist.github.com/flavius/2275a028ed6ceecf5f07
