    hey guys

What sarcasm, there was no sarcasm, sarcasm where?
  4. Sneaky suspicion, you're all replying to a spam thread.
  5. And that stops you from providing past examples, so we know what we're getting?
  6. Examples of both the design, and 'code'?
  7. Copyright 2013 - 2015, futuristic game by any chance?

    hello.

CMS is still useful for an 'events' and stuff site. Anyhow, welcome to the forum, dj_overspin.

    Check global_func/globals .php too. No doubt it'd be something like. $_POST = array_map ( 'replaceShiz', $_POST );
  12. Whoops should have left one of those posts explaining that. >_< Yes it is, I don't think he means it's entirely his own code, I think he means it's his own 'additions' to MCCodes, there is another thread on here in which he explains what he means. :)
  13. Thread cleaned up, please try to stay on topic.
  14. Yep it's very severe...
  15. * Comes for the music. Well here's to hoping this helps your chances of getting some progress done.
  16. Looking good, best of luck with it Zet.
  17. I've been seeing a lot about Laravel, although the last time I looked at it was judging from the 4, a couple of versions ago. Looks like I may have to take another look.
  18. I'm quite curious on the benefits/disadvantages of using one or the other, any thoughts? ( maybe new thread ) Is it a good idea: Depends, and it all relates to whether you need or even want, all that is provided with frameworks such as CodeIgniter or Lavarel. I guess you could strip out what you don't want, or you could start from nothing and work your way up (even using parts of such frameworks if need be). Is there anything you need to know: See 'Is it a good idea'
  19. Pretty nice, good job.
  20. There is a fair few, generally speaking those that mess around with v2, will also mess around with v1 on occasion. Best bet, look up Danny's 'list of trusted coders' and start p/m-ing the active ones. :)
  21. Yes they avoid *some* forms of SQL injection. A simple SO search will reveal where prepared statements/placeholders, cannot cover you. :)
  22. Be unique.
  23. Wrong forum section, please post in the right section next time. -Locked until verified this is indeed a 'new engine'.

    Php?

It's not a bad site: Though looking to learn PHP there's not really much, there's one or two PHP specific projects, building an eCommerce site IIRC, probably a better resource if you're learning Ruby, at least that way you can build a simple social networking site in Ruby. However there is a good selection for: design theory, web design (responsive, adaptive, interactive etc), CSS/HTML/JS/Photoshop. There's also a few catered towards Android and IOS apps. :)
