  1. And SOPA didn't block megaupload, SOPA didn't get to a point where it could actually block anything. I think the FBI (how is the strange part) took out megaupload, but I could be wrong. And PirateBay is 'blocked' here, by ISPs. It's not an effective block, but it's a requirement on the behalf of our ISPs.
  2. Well I have one, so give me a coke... :P
  3. *giggles* I'll take one.
  4. The formula for level and exp. is in check_level() of global_func.php. Modify the $ir['exp_needed'] variable as needed.
  5. Of course, you will need to edit it a little but it will work. If you get stuck, just reply here and we'll help out. :)
  6. The ones that are listed there are 'patched' in the latest versions AFAIK. If anything check out their patch documents (should be available in the control panel) and double check.
  7. You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Spudinski again. Dagnabbit.

    I want a game

    That would make sense.
  9. I'll see what I can come up with for v0.2, thanks for the suggestion. Edit: Bummer, I realized I altered the equipped style, it's no longer left-to-right style, it's now top-to-bottom, sorry about that.
  10. IMO: http://www.sublimetext.com/2 is a much better editor than Komodo Edit. (It's also free for evaluation: No evaluation time limit, pay the $59 when you feel you can really make use of the editor and wish to support the dude behind it.) Then again all opinions really. Without hijacking this thread, there's also a course/guide to using ST here (https://tutsplus.com/course/improve-workflow-in-sublime-text-2/) [free]

    I want a game

I'd like to point out, I had very little to do with the creation of the comparison, I just made the thread for it. The comparison is a joint effort between the MWG staff & the community in it's suggestions for it. @Raven: "where as mccodes have bad mysql tables" - Um... In theory their structure choice isn't that bad. Could it be better? Sure, but it could be a hell of a lot worse. @Support: I am aware of support issues being handled by the community when posted here, but I think they actually answer their support messages, within a reasonable time frame, correct me if I'm wrong though? Explain the money you get from MCCodes though please?

  14. Not a chance.
  15. It's the forum software that does that to us, we don't actually write it out ourselves.
  16. It selects all of them currently. I'm thinking of a whitelist (or a blacklist depends on which makes more sense) of ones you don't actually want to be visible there. Although that'll be defunct if I add 'only shows item types of items you own'. Thanks all.

  18. - Removed, may be back.
  19. Likewise. :D
  20. As an alternative (red links are freebies): https://tutsplus.com/course/30-days-to-learn-c-sharp/ Downside there is the cost of membership, but there's a lot more cool stuff on there (in terms of other courses, that make the subscription worth it). There's also a .NET one (https://tutsplus.com/course/programming-net/ ) [C#]
  21. Thread locked. Edit: Additional, the code has been removed (well the more relevant parts anyway) due to a request by the OP. Thread not deleted to keep post amounts etc in tact.

    VPS Hosting

That comment was directed at the fact of it's an opinion, not the content of said opinion. An opinion is subjective, therefore cannot be right nor wrong, misinformed maybe but never wrong (Ala: The opinion is always right in the holder of the opinion). That's the problem with opinions, they aren't factual.

    VPS Hosting

Well it's not exactly wrong, an opinion cannot be wrong. ----- @Topic: Reputation is generally good motive to go on, but don't ignore the bad reputation (or bad reviews, however the hosting provider is portrayed in a negative manner) but don't take it as exact. Also, make sure it suits the needs of your application, that's always handy.
  24. I second this.
  25. The idea is to allow artists to sell their music directly to users, with a 90% commission on sales. As well as paying artists for downloads of 'free' tracks. Well that's what I got from it, so I'm guessing iTunes without the stupid fees. As well as a way to mess with the music industry moguls, which has to be fun for bystanders to watch.
