Good on paper, not in practise

Recommended Posts

I was introduced to a vegan-friendly energy drink made entirely from plant extracts. Tenzing is the drink.
For me, it went through multiple layers of "wrong" with an aftertaste of "wrong" - who puts salt in an energy drink?

What weird not-right food/drinks have you found?

I've never tried it, but https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surströmming

During the production of surströmming, just enough salt is used to prevent the raw herring from rotting. A fermentation process of at least six months gives the fish a characteristic strong smell and somewhat acidic taste.
