never heard of winmerge before what exactly does it do?

File comparison Paul.

Select the two folders to compare. It will list all the files that match and when you open a file it will open them both highlighting differences in the code. You can then double click on the highlighted areas, cut and paste or mass copy.

that's rather clever, i think though with 2.0.3 you'll have alot of word to do since it's been edited quite abit (from looking at the code some visual and some code wise)

Well that would depend on the modifications and how you work.

If you have edited the base code then surely you will have put in markers so that you know where your modification starts and ends. In which case easy to spot and easy to merge into the 2.0.3 code.

I wont be doing it......ruler of zu goes waaaaaaay beyond the mc2.x code. Its only handy if you have modified the base code.

i've looked at it side by side also and noticed quite afew improvements too :D maybe afew things they can do up in their next version, they could do something similar to my old version of captcha using a mathimatic equation (by maybe in a image) that would be quite good for v3 maybe.

IE: 10 - 5 = then a input box for the result of the equation (5).

I don't have these issues on firefox, but at work, the computer there are old and have old explorer browers, the errors only appear there.

Why not help them to fix it instead of whining about it? Sorry, it's people like you who get on my nerves. Expect everything, get nothing and the moan about it!

In general that it the whole problem with McCodes, and also due to this some people gave it the nickname "Mc Craps".. Help them out instead of saying, of: "this is crap, that is crap. When are you going to fix this? Are you ever going to fix this?"

If you want something fixed:

• Tell them what the flaw is.
  
• What you did to expose that flaw
  
• Finally, your suggested fix!
