Just set a hash within the database and also store it alongside the database in some form of session or cookie. Then cross reference it like you've done.

I think it's clear 533px in width is very low. Considering standard screen size is 1024x768 so your template would fill half the page. To look at that template on my 1080p monitor was slightly hurtful to web design. You need to be doing it around 1000px in width. I'd suggest using http://960.gs/ which helps you with positioning to.

If that is actual size it is TINY. It's very basic but flows quite nicely would be great to see some content on the template.

You don't need to setup a new channel for gangs. That part of the system is automatic and the users in the gang will be able to see the chat. If you add yourself into a gang you should also see the chat.

This feature is easily possible. We'd just shrink the element down when it's in it's minimized form and then restore the original size when it's back full size. There may be a few alignment issues but I'm sure I can over come them. I'll add this to the next update as well.

It's nice, but the text is very dark and somewhat hard to read. Try having more of a contrast.

Personally you should work on commission base. So you take say 5% of every job you give to the designer (Obviously you'd discuss how much per sale)
