Very strange! The initial error would most likely be that as you're the creator of this thread that you are automatically subscribed. VB5 also seems to have a different approach to notifications regarding new replies / topics. Seems a bit different from the ways other popular forum software works. I'll be reviewing the staff team shortly, trying to resolve issues with the board firstly, look out for a topic with more information. Once again, thanks for providing these bug reports! -
I can confirm that MNG does have a legitimate McCodes v2 licence.

I play way too much Destiny on my PS4. Anyone else here play it too? Add me on PSN daaveem.

As this is a legacy post non affiliated with MWG I'm unsticking this, we're looking into building a trusted user group to help newer members identify other members that provide quality services.
-
I'm gonna guess permissions means your user group can't reply in that area, I'll be revisiting all of the boards permissions alongside the rest of the clean up work that needs doing.

All very valid comments, I've been pruning some ancient boards that I didn't even know existed, I'll be continuing to evaluate various ancient boards and taken actions to try and streamline the content across the forum. Also as everyone has suggested the moderation / administration team has fallen down and not been managed itself, but kudos to KyleMassacre for helping out for so long. These changes will happen slowly and surely, I'm dedicated to bringing this forum back to being a great place, and the kinda place you want to open up and check every morning. -
Coly010 I've never supported people being personally attacked on this board, and it pains me to see what should be such a great community doing that to others. We'll be drafting up some new general rules over the coming days / weeks to try and combat the negativity which came all to common here. Don't ever give up on what you have a passion for just because someone else can't understand you're learning and trying your best!

Dayo please suggest anything you would want to see apart from the recent improvements that could dramatically help this community. I'm eager to bring this community back to life and ensure it's survival.

That's rather strange! I didn't change permissions however we've skipped over a lot of versions. I'll have a look shortly Sim

I've taken steps to resolve the absurd about of spam these boards have been receiving! I'll be monitoring it's success over the next few days and making any more improvements if they're needed.

You can still purchase this from the McCodes marketplace. However I'm pretty certain Cronus won't be providing any support, as he's been offline for a long while. http://mccodes.com/viewmod.php?id=27 I'd advise commissioning some bespoke work from a trusted developer if you want something robust and secure.

The beauty of my attempts at coding in 2010 :( makes me cry that I wrote this once upon a time.

By any chance are you referring to my extension? If so can you post your game URL, or send it to me in a private message and I'll help you identify and resolve the issue.

Sounds like your system is still booting into the C drive rather then from the USB/DVD, considering a fresh install wouldn't care about the current state of your installation. Double check your BIOS boot options, and if there's an option try booting directly from the device during start up. If you want to consider something other than Windows I'd highly recommend http://elementary.io

Some applications support for 5.6 is still sketchy. I'd stay on the wildly accepted and generally supported 5.4 and allow users to manually decide to update their account to another version, which I believe is possible through cPanel.

I've responded to your email with the module archive. Enjoy!

The amount of times I get hardly any information from an error and I cry a lot. You can never have too much information about an error, especially in agency life, even more so especially when it's not your code you're debugging.

If you do and I have any free time I'll try and help out!

I love Laravel, I think this will be an awesome project. Excited to see what you create.

It is getting pretty bad, luckily I'm a genie and your wish is my command. Let's hope this battles the spam.

We rent dedicated machines and the DNS is still managed by GoDaddy....
-
It'll be when something goes wrong you'll get frustrated! Just in case you want to move to an awesome domain registrar http://moveyourdomainday.com - you missed it this year, they might do another one at some point soon!

So many things wrong with GoDaddy. Especially that the other day when their DNS somehow messed up (I've never had another domain registrar do this) and managed to lose one of my clients £20,000 worth of orders. Best part had to be the 1 hour+ waiting time on the phone line to speak to anyone. They also supported SOPA until they realised none of their customers did > http://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/116891/will-stack-overflow-boycott-godaddy-because-of-their-support-for-sopa
