sniko
i did that and it disapeared Refresh ;) Also, just a general question; why are you wrapping the sprintf format (%d, %u) in ', resulting in it being treated as string (nothing serious). Debug; echo out all the variables used in the queries :)

Zettieee
Here is something you should look at: mysql_query(sprintf("UPDATE `users` SET `money` = `money` - '%d' WHERE `userid` = '%u'", $r['uhouseRent'], $r['uhouseTenant'])); money should be like this $newmoney = abs(intval($ir['money'] - $r['uhouseRent'])); mysql_query(sprintf("UPDATE users SET money = '".$newmoney."' WHERE userid = '%u'", $r['uhouseRent'], $r['uhouseTenant'])); Not to sure it will work but I think that's the problem :) And you use sprintf more than magictallguy and that's not great news ^_^ Edited April 15, 2013 by Zettieee tags

Lithium
Doesnt that still just remove money from the person that is renting and not add it the the owner of the property? okay we now have this. It adds money to owner but doesn't take from renter, need that fixed and make sure it doesnt go minus The code as it was taking the money from an un-existent row as he was taking the money out before setting the "uhouseTenant", changing the queries order should fix the problem!
