Despite sniko's post is correct, there are other ways (and he knows that) to say things, and looking back, you are not much different from him. And I don't think anyone "complained" that way about him, at least that I can recall, making an effort to learn is far better than most of the users that are/were floating around here, and the best way to actually learn. My suggestion, take your time learning, basic questions/doubts/whatever sure, but... only if you get stuck. Try to learn by yourself, resources are basically unlimited.

It could be educational, if my native language was english. So, contrary to a native, I am more than entitled to make mistakes, not that I care, yet one small correction to your own educational explanation. the term "nazi" (or "Nazi" on your words), is not being used as a name, but as an adjective. So on that line of usage, the proper way to refer is in fact "nazi" ;) Hope I've been educational (and by the way... these are rules of your own language, not mine) ;)

Lithium - Full time Pain in The Ass, completly in the dark on coding, I just dwelve around to annoy some people around. And, almost like you, as it is 2014, and after being here for... nearly 6 years, I don't know anyone around here!

First of, those who are saying about the missing imagettftext() function, this is a php function. As off... by any chance you deleted the font file from the server, or moved it to another folder? Other than that, http://cz1.php.net/imagettftext the script seems pretty much default, so take a look there to see the examples. :)

I can agree with this point of view, but looking just a bit for previous MNG's posts, not hard to find that experience... is not his strong. Also, an experienced developer, does take their time, not 3 month even. And my line of thinking, may be wrong, though all through the years, I have seen this too many times, and usually... "rushed" games are voted to fail, mostly for the initial rush and the lack of experience to solve problems.

I actually think everyone gets what deserves. A quick look to your posts, a quick look throughout the forums and you would have seen that plain text passwords are simply dumb, even more on an engine full with security holes everywhere. The rush to publish a game, with such a thing happening just 48 hours after launch... A game voted to fail. Sorry if this sounds harsh but its reality.

To explain WHAT TO DO is not the same thing as explaining WHAT IT IS. Atutorial, no matter how simple it is, should cover first, WHAT IT IS, then WHAT TO DO, and properly done, second part should cover first part explanation! :)

i'm a beginner and want to learn... Netbeans and PHPStorm are too confusing, i get lost using them... there is nothing simpler? (notepad, notepad++ (for syntax highlighting)) what is... if, else, isset, header, etc etc etc, you are telling me to use those, but i don't understand what they are for... See my point? :) Not saying it was a bad idea, but you should actually begin with simpler explanations ;)

Or even better... define an "interval" for the merit award something along the lines of ... if (($tp > minvalueformerit) && ($tp < maxvalueformerit))

The "root" folder where you are placing the files/folders its the one that needs the permissions changed, not the other way around...

Actually... you can (unless you are talking about licensing situation that might refer a TLD and not a subdomain), I don't actually know how the installer structure is set, but if it points to "root folder" if the subdomain is properly configured, you ought to have no problems doing so!
