No it is incorrect even if paying yearly with a budget host. The maths does not work out for it to then be a reliable host. In order for your to meet the server costs at $0.99/month you would need around 60-70 accounts on one server to break even and thats on the cheapest hardware with webmin or a free control panel. So in order to make a profit there is more likely going to be 140 - 280+ accounts on a server. It will not be reliable. I would agree with dont go with unlimited webspace or bandwidth hosts. Again its another overselling tactic and your more than likely being put on a already strained server.

This will help some quite a lot. My tutorial will still appear however its peak season for me at my shop plus events/festivals at weekends so im doing what i can when i can. I had a look at this and indeed dont expect a cut and paste job you will need to work through the conversion as on my test it also stripped out some = signs among other things. But it will give you a good idea on how to change. Until my tutorial appears then feel free to drop me a message if you wish if you get stuck or add to the post here

Depends what the differences are between the free versions, HD's (didnt even know that existed tbh) and Sniko's.

What is the point in having a ratio for the npc and a ratio for yourself if then it comes down to a rand if you hit or not as you have already determined who is going to receive damage above.   if(rand(1,100)<=$myhitratio)  

The issue could be the value of $wait and I would also check what number is being spat out by the rand

You do have a separate speed column in your database then? What is the output for the hitratio for both you and the npc?
