I know you've declined already but I'll add; A partnership isn't just about the other party (or parties) it's about you too. Firstly, when you form a partnership, it's a lot different from doing it on your own, for one when in a partnership you cannot just get bored and think: Well bugger it. and stop working on it. Secondly, are you willing to share the 'success' of your game with other people. Generally speaking we find it easier to share the failure, but when it comes to the success we go all 'iffy'. As for the other parties, I can only repeat the sentiments of the other posters. You must know who you're dealing with and whether or not, they're right for the gig sort to speak.

Portfolio? Or at least some previous designs (failed attempts or not), don't make me search for this...

If I recall correctly v2's item_add function automatically updates the inv_qty of an item already existing in a users inventory. Mind sharing your item_add function?

Because they're asses. More to the point the law is attempting to catch up with the net, so it'll take a little time for it to become clear. Right now, we're stuck with trying to work out the best approaches to accommodate the law.
