You can add 99% of those notifications, status and inbox features to an iFrame app aswell... Personally I think using the Frame option is fine aswell? There is no scrolling issues if you create the iFrame'd app correctly.

Well... The easier thing to do is to make sure your code is xHTML Valid which "should" mean it will look the same in every browser. Your other option is to pay somebody else who can do this to code it for you.

I have been writing a very basic forum script (Well I say basic in the terms to huge scripts like PHPBB) Which would easily work within Mccode :) It's got categories, It's secure, You can have child boards, Even has a fancy editor :) It's about half way done so I might finish it of and release it :)

That's no guarantee that he has made it at all. He could of purchased the template of another site or even downloaded it free, Most template providers (The good ones) will give you the PSD as well as the HTML and sliced images. Someone should check the PSD for any copyright marks (Hidden within Photoshop) To see who the original creator was. But yes I really do remember this template from somewhere... I maybe wrong but have you got any solid proof you've created this yourself?

IE No longer comes with Windows 7 I believe... (Unless what I've heard has changed) but due to some crazy law suit or something Microsoft is not allowed to ship IE with their Windows product because it is unfair on the competition.

I found that rather easy... I've got a "facebook" version of the core files somewhere... Just slap that into a game and with slight modification it will load the game up using facebook ^^. We had to make a second theme though due to the width limitations :(

I've already done this with my old game Operation: Jarhead, We took the whole source code but modified the global files to make it run within Facebook (So users would always be logged on if they visited it on Facebook and so on) This app was pretty simple to do cause it was only the "Login" system of Facebook we wanted to use but now I need to implement my new game into Facebook with those annoying status updates and notifications and so on.

It seems to addon actually installs the browser so yes it's as accurate as installing the browser, But this plugin removes the downloading... Installation and configuration :)

While trying to get IE 6 on my computer (For testing purposes only) I stumbled across a rather interesting site. http://spoon.net/browsers/ It allows you to install a plugin (Which is around 3mb) then you simply click on which ever browser you want to run and it buffers the browser onto your computer. Seems really helpful for anyone who wants to check if their site looks great in all browsers without actually installing them.

Wireless Drivers and ubuntu where never meant to be. If your Wifi card is compatible with some of the Ubuntu's generic drivers then you'll be fine. If not you'll have to use a piece of software called "ndiswrapper" which I find rather unstable and annoying. You should also check that all your current hardware (Graphics, Sound and so on) will work with Ubuntu because if not you'll have some fun searching around for various drivers. With your windows problem I seem to remember that you are running Windows Vista... Which in itself is a virus. You could either upgrade to Windows 7 or downgrade to Windows XP either would greatly improve the speed. Ubuntu is getting there slowly but it can still randomly crash and have multiple issue's which are pretty hard to fix with no linux experiance. Also there are not as many applications for Ubuntu but there are "replacements" for common applications.

Yeah I know what your saying... But encoding your modifications does help somewhat, There is a version of my old donation system going around but no one has yet seemed to notice that it's still encoded? Oh well it made me get more sales cause people couldn't "null" it. When I become more advanced with all things PHP I am highly thinking of somehow making something like ioncube which deals with licensing aswell, But make it insanely if not impossible to crack the code to null scripts. Obviously this is quite a hard task thus me saying when I become more advanced. (Yes I am aware I will not just require knowaldge of PHP).

That's just wrong... If your going to point out potential customers not to use a certain coder then you atleast need to back up your statement with some facts. Such as How did he give you this "shitty" service, Which modification did you buy? and What where the issue's with the modification.

Also this service wont work in the UK because most of the networks dont seem to allow services like this, Not trying to put down your modifaction just informing members. The problem about the server getting overloaded is why not just send 50 text's every 30 minutes to make sure the server isn't getting swamped with emails, Offcourse then it wont be instant but they'd be getting it quite soon. If your site is big enough to have a large userbase though surely you would be able to afford a seperate mail server? Anyways, Good mod jon. I can see alot of potential with this!
