What is best to use a personal or business paypal account?  I never yet put a game out live. And going to in the next week and kind of wondering which type of paypal account I should use, if it matters?

Thank you Dayo, I was leaning towards the business one, I already have one just didnt know rather to stick with it or change it back to personal.

Depending where you live I have mine under my other business which I am going to change it, you need to register your business in the state you are in, in the US. and you will get a identification number, Paypal will asks for that number for their business account because for tax purposes.

The only thing with using personal account is that it will show your name when a player buys something in game. While a business one will show the business name.

Hmm I'll definitely have to look into the matter speak with some more people with experience lets just hope in my country it isn't extremely hard haha

Business PayPal 100%, you don't want to be running a business through a personal account and they decide to shut your account down for any reason. 

You can just apply for it, you just need an email and a bank account.

exactly the same thing dave said but with these game i would try and get away from the paypal payments and go with stripe or something similar that support google and apple pay as when you expand you are going to need this for like mobile apps etc as paypal payments on mobile platforms would automatically get your app refused. just a bit of advice.

I would personally use http://braintreepayments.com. Any charge back we've had with PayPal we've won by providing sufficient evidence, along with reciting the terms the players agree too upon purchasing virtual items from the game.

I know a friend of mine used Stripe and was hit with a lot of chargebacks and ended up spending more due to the reversal fees.

If you run your game correctly, with proper legal policies and act with integrity PayPal will typically side with you. Stripe on the other hand is at the discretion of the bank.

this is very true stripe does have a bad policy when it comes to chargebacks braintree definitely a good choice

Thank you all for the info, I appreciate it, I was leaning towards the business account, but needed to ask before I did so, so I didn't make the wrong choice.  I am going to check out those other pay sites too.
