Okay getting pretty ****ing tired of these spamming cunts.

Mind adding a captcha? i'm sure anyone coming to the forums to offer/get help with coding is smart enough to type one out. i mean come on.. atleast a year this ****s been happening.

I don't even think that will work. I think these are actual people just just spamming a few threads and that's it. The only way I think something would would be to moderate their new posts which would suck for the new people. Or maybe do a combination of the 2, moderate new posts that don't have their email validated.

Other forums do a bit of moderation, however, its more like:

You can only post X per 24 hours until you reach Y approved posts.

That wouldn't stop them. They can still do at least a post a day and that's all the bots / people need really

We could tell them we want to spam, and thus nulling any of that feelz people get when they spam, and thus, they spam elsewhere.

Email verification doesn't prevent spam. At all. The spambots are smart enough to check an email...
