It doesn't appear that MNG know that the layout was used for other games, so even if he did, he can't have specified the fact when re-selling it. That alone would be unethical, in my opinion. Quote

Aw I never said it was ethical, I'm just curious if he had those assets lying around on his computer, got lazy and resused them in the hope no-one would notice. Quote
