JQuery Contact form maker

The last day or so i have worked on a simple/lightweight AJAX/JQuery contact form using the bootstrap framework.

Any feedback/suggestions are welcomed.

On your documentation page, in your html, you have an opening php tag, no echos/prints.

Also, in the html on the documentation page, it says <scritp>

1 - yea i was using highlight_string() for the syntax hilighting as i CBA to look for a decent syntax hilighter lol so had to put <?php there for it to work, i have just removed it from the output

2 - Thanks that should now be fixed

It says "The inputs placeholder/lable" - Spelling mistake. :)
