1. Change   to   I dunno it might make it seem better?
2. Personally I don't think the brick background doesn't go with the "fantasy" theme (unless I've got the theme wrong). Also maybe have the game name at the top more sharp.
3. Very nice Dayo. Good to see you got yourself a project. Who's doing the art? It looks very nice. For some reason reminds me of Runescape/Skyrim.
4. I suggest using something like IntelXDK, speaking from personal opinion it works very nicely and is very smooth, it does most of the hard part in terms of configuration and it allows you to use Cordova alongside it without having to set it up. Allows you to build and package applications for Android and Apple. I suggest starting off with just an Android developers license to see how the game goes as it is only $25 one time payment for lifetime license. Then if things go smoothly I would then purchase an Apple developers license. I tried Appcelerator as Guest suggested a while back but I had an issue with it which can be found here, much to my disappointment I couldn't fix it so I looked for another alternative, this is how I stumbled upon IntelXDK. Phonegap (again my personal opinion) I tried and I found the setup too confusing. It'd ask to have a file called Cordova.js and that would never exist even if I did the install correctly as shown. I didn't use Phonegap much.
5. Anymore information?
6. This is a expansion on Dayo's jQuery Contact Form Maker. It is available for use here. You can find all the read me information here. Thanks to Dayo for all the ideas.
7. I enjoy using JavaScript a lot more too. Why not start it again? Instead of making a fully fledged engine why not make a base game skeleton where users can cater it to how they want? What editor/IDE do you use for JavaScript development?
8. Good luck dude! GL V2 looked really good with all the OOP, you going to start that again? What's TFA?
9. -BRAIDZ- what sniko is asking is the exact error which might show up something like this:   Undefined variable: user_location in C:\wamp\www\mypath\index.php on line 12   Then what did you try to do to fix the issue? Did you figure out what was causing the error? Did you use var_dump(); or anything else? A simple search produced this. Have a proper read, don't just disregard the link. An extract from the article.
10. If you don't wish to fork out cash, then go for Netbeans PHP.
11. That game is fricken sexy! Awesome design Damond.
12. Did you fix the other issue?
13. Use Version 0.6 it is the most up to date version (not including sniko's copy).
14. Try sniko's Panther. It contains the core of any game and other neat features. If you're looking to get in to coding I'd suggest this. It's a skeleton which can be turned in to a top game (if you invest time in to it). Comes with Bootstrap too. Edit #1 If you do plan on using the this engine, then use this installer. Someone ruined the one on sniko's page. Edit #2 If you do go live with a game on this engine, then I suggest you un-comment line 238-239 in the installer.

adamhull any new updates for this?
16. A very simple example not exactly a framework but a class EasyPHP, now imagine that but with loads more classes. That's known as a framework. So take the validate(); function in that class, normally you'd have to write all that code, but with a class (or framework) you can use the functions.
17. Ah, I've never used Laravel or Eloquent, hence the confusion. Your thread did spike some interest in Laravel for me. The installation was damn hard. xD
18. Fair enough, although I do wonder why you have to call the save function for it save? And why it is not called when a stat is adjusted.
19. Just a suggestion, you could have it in one function and allow an extra parameter which takes the math operator, instead of having two functions. So + (add on to current value) = (overwrite value) etc. I'm sure you get what I mean, so adjustStat("currency", .50, "+");. Named adjust stat as it's neutral to what is going to happen. That might help keeping the files clean.
20. Don't gear the engine to any specific game genre, that way people can be more open minded.
21. Get some screenshots or a live demo up! Would be awesome to see how it's coming along. Keep up the good work.
22. It reminds me of Infamous Gangsters, well the inside does anyway. I don't think it is MCC.
23. Why does the demo account have so much money?
24. Looks very nice! Good luck with the sale. :)
25. Hello, welcome to MWG. I read through that article and found it to be an interesting read. I might add on number 5 that you should ask for previous work samples and or code snippets. Just to give you an idea of what their coding is like.
