I honestly thought what I posted was already too much. Sheesh.

You are just a basketful of helpful answers, aren't you?
-
See what I mean? You just can't help yourself.

He takes shots at everyone, because he's just like you. You both self-assert your quality of work is better than most and yet, any examples we see or hear about are either sub par or asking basic questions that create the image you don't know anywhere near what you claim. Point is, it was, in fact, an overreaction. On both accounts. Get over each other and do whatever the hell it is you're doing without filling every help request with drama and bull****. Seems to be out of scope for both of you.

Then, perhaps you should state that in your "tutorial" (Really, it's just an example). Just for clarity's sake. Something like... "This is definitely not the most efficient, but if you have no other option, you can do this." should work.

[V2] Inventory changes - Paying £4.61
Seker replied to Dragon Blade's topic in Requests & In Production
Technically speaking, all you would need is the power of the highest weapon in the game. But hey, not like that's obvious or anything. -
Did you see what this thread is asking... And the issue at hand... ? If anyone pays this guy for anything, they deserve to lose any money they throw his way.

No Payment From MCCodes.com Marketplace
Seker replied to Cronus's topic in Collaboration Experiences
It's worth noting, I had a similar experience. Multiple requests for a cashout over a period of some 2 - 3 months. I feel like, if they're not willing to actually MANAGE the site they own, they should appoint someone to do so, allow us to take payments into our own accounts with them gaining nothing, or get rid of the marketplace completely. It's a bit ridiculous that we have to wait so long for someone to give us our own earned money, especially when talking about trivial amounts such as $20 - $30. -

And being a good website owner has nothing to do with having a broken link in your signature, but.... Are comments like this necessary?
-
It could quite easily be argued that, if the new owner doesn't have the ability to keep the game maintained and active, and players donating, said new owner probably shouldn't have purchased the game. The amount will always be inflated by large donors. However, the larger donors on DW also happen to be the ones who donate the most frequently. Month by month averages are quite different than the actual "average." $18.5k over 12 months = Roughly $1,500 per month. On an actual month by month basis, it can fluctuate wildly due to many factors. For one, we're crawling out of the summer slump. Everyone's heading back to school and work, so activity will be increasing, whereas the opposite effect can be said about the previous two - three months due to vacationers and the like.
-
To date, we have had a total of 59 Donators, with wildly fluctuated amounts. The Credit system in place means players can spend only a few dollars if that's all they have. Since switching to purchasing the Credits, as opposed to individual Donator Packs, the amount of Donators has definitely increased.

Comparing a game making a reported $640 a month to a game making over $1,700 a month. Right. The price tag is extremely generous. Verified analytics show only about 7% of traffic coming from searches. With real advertising, membership could explode. Personally, I know nothing about advertising and I'm full tilt into my next project, so I'm only interested in making the sale. Otherwise, you can be sure a much more in depth-valuation would have taken place.

Okay, so, again, what does that have to do with this exactly...?

What, may I ask, is Drug District, and what does that have to do with anything?

Considering one is not going to be able to read an encrypted password, I would assume it's un-encrypted when sent to the user..

I feel like, if you're trying to say MySQLi is the better choice, you definitely referenced the wrong article. Just saying.

In all fairness, to post this, one should really include the Counter. Not saying it's right. But a one sided, biased opinion never did any good to anyone.

Weird thing with the PM system. If you send a PM to yourself, it just prints it out a few times. First time I did it, it showed up 5 times. Second time, 4 times. Perhaps blocking self PM's is an option. Edit: Also, putting a username inside of a PM seems to have a weird result. See screenshot for examples of both.
