  1. As for the game, I have listed a couple of things to work on: - Work on some of your GUI. The links with a red background, especially in the explore/town page, should be changed. It's way too busy and confuses me. - Work on some of your template position and CSS. IE, your menu links don't have same height for your hover and regular link. So when you hover over it, it does this weird effect. Not a fan of it. - Add in some uniqueness. I don't see much difference in this game when compared to a lot of other games out there. These are just a few things I noticed right away. Needs some work, but good luck on it.
  2. For anyone interested: User: demodemo Pass: demodemo
  3. It's a generic script that hasn't been touched up. Why would a game want to register onto yours when there are 100's of others, especially top games, that are having a hard time gaining traffic to their site in the first place. Just a couple of things to think about. Anyways good luck, however, I see a lot of improvements needed to be done.
  4. For anyone that hasn't done it yet, come and like our Facebook page @ https://www.facebook.com/CoffeePourGame We have just released our first competition which is just a simple like and share one of our posts, with a winner being selected on Thursday and rewarded with a $5 Gift card to Starbucks. We will be hosting about 10 competitions in the next 1-2 weeks as we gear up for the soft release of our game! Regards, Pete
  5. Thanks! Well, I am just hoping that I learn from any mistakes and keep improving on each game. I got about 6 games in total, including the three being built on, that I have an idea for (Mr. Pennyworth, Chubby Knight, and Eagle Guardians are the other three) and all are different. So, just keep learning and improving on each one is my goal.
  6. My brother is the talented one haha I am always inspired on what he does. Just has that talent to grab little things that no one would notice. Basically anything that deals with Martha Stewart and is on the app, is something he has done. Ranging from storyboard, digital work, music (his girlfriend does a lot of that) and more. They are trying to adventure into their own freelance work.
  7. A little update on the game. We plan on releasing in the month of July. We should be finishing the game for Facebook and iOS products in the next week, while bug testing and adding anything extra the following weeks. Due to my eagerness(ADHD) and the soon to be release of this game, I have already started on two more projects 'Move it or Lose it' and 'Cursed Islands'. All different style games, taking something that is already been done and just giving it a new feel. Cursed Island is based around a Pac Man style game play, while 'Move it or Lose it' is being built around a Tetris style game. Move it or Lose it is in just design mode, while Cursed Island is already being developed on the Android Platform. You can follow us as we start to promote the page and run competitions. I was able to grab an investor in which opened up the doors to allow further development and the ability to actually have a marketing budget. By joining the Facebook page and taking part in the events, you can easily win gift cards to Starbucks. We will be starting these competitions next week to start boosting the page. I don't want to promote Coffee Pour as a completely unique game, as it's not. It's the first project for mobile apps and just wanted to put together something that I felt comfortable and could be fun to play with. Will be keeping people more informed as the day gets closer to release. Definitely exciting to adventure into something different and new. So, we shall see how it pans out.
  8. My brother actually works for Martha Stewart as a photographer and video editor. I'll see what he can do. He provides professional work and I am sure he can do the job.
  9. Hello Everyone, As my game is getting closer to finish. I started to focus on the minor elements that pull it all together. One very important element was the algorithm to how much one can gain when playing a level. I guess it will be best to start off with the basics of the game and then give an example. The game is set to give out 1 Star, 2 Stars or 3 Stars based on the total number of moves one makes during the level. I have set up that one 3 Stars will give out full reward, 2 Stars will give out half of the reward and 1 Star will give out a 1/4 of the reward. I was looking to find an algorithm that would exponentially increase the value from the 1 Star value to the 2 Star value, the same for 2-3 Stars. So, here is an example: Level 1 will give you 100$ for 3 Stars, 50$ for 2 Stars and 25$ for 1 Star. - 1 Star you do the level in 15 moves - 2 Stars you do the level in 10 moves - 3 stars you do the level in 5 moves. With the difference of 5 moves between the stars, you would use a multiplier of 1.14-1.15. You can see below how it will work out: 10 moves = 50$ 9 moves = 57.50$ (rounded out to 58 for display purposes on game) 8 moves = 66.13$ (rounded to 66 for display purposes) 7 moves = 76.04$ 6 moves = 87.45$ 5 moves = ~100$ Now this example was for easy example usage, however, all levels will be different with some being 10 moves away or 3 or 7, etc. So, I went from 2-6 move differences to get an idea. Those are as follow: 2 move difference = x1.41 3 move difference = x1.26 4 move difference = x1.19 5 move difference = x1.15 6 move difference = x1.123 The issue is that I know I got the multiplier manually, I would prefer coming up with an algorithm that would make it all work no matter the difference of moves between the Star markers. Been at it or a couple of days now, anyone want to give it a try? Regards, Pete
  10. Not a bad design man. Good job. Little confused about the two logos though, I am assuming it is a spot for two logos. Not bad though, should be a quick sale. Good luck.
  11. Added you on Skype
  12. My reference is to the footer. Even in your screenshot it shows off. As I said too, just minor things and that the template is very good. So no point in getting into a tizzy fit.
  13. Now that is a hosting template. Good work Dave. I always enjoy the clean structural designs to websites. Adds more focus to the simplicity of the design itself. Edit: I guess my only critique would be the alignment. Seems some parts are off, but then again just minor things.
  14. You are looking at a couple of $100. Especially if you want the developer to come up with the ideas.
  15. What? It is a perfect site. Nicely done. Graphical and gets to the point.
  16. It's extremely buggy. Signed up and then minutes after loading it starts panicking and frizzing everywhere. Minutes after that it disconnects me.
  17. Not really low at all... He can advertise where every he wants. Free market baby.
  18. It is a different hosting name so a different company? You have no right to close the thread death.
  19. Where the heck did all these hosting companies just pop-up from?
  20. You have very contradicting statements on your site. One section it says 99.9% Uptime and another says 100%. Well, which one is it? Plus, 100% guaranteed? I highly doubt that. As a suggestion, I would take more time thinking out your hosting services and present a little more professional introduction then this. As well as fix your site so it doesn't contradict itself.
  21. No, I know. However, what is getting me is that it is clear that Reece took the files, he admitted, and logs show that he was even looking to send to people. If it was for money or just for fun, it still does not dismiss the fact that he took it. What is making me upset is to see some Moderators (really, just one in particular) on here keep saying 'Innocent into proven guilty' when it is clear with evidence that he is not innocent which then gives the wrong perception that he didn't do anything wrong. A man takes 15 templates, just barely a month ago, no matter what is not innocent. Jut to say 'I delete them' does not avoid what he has done, however, some people are completely missing the big picture and just ignore. I barely come on this forum these days, but do to the bickery that is going on shows it. I had no intention for this thread to turn into a elementary playground and just be a place that shows Reece is a fraud (and once again, it's very clear he is). Not just with my templates, but apparently with stealing a logo and saying it was his. Abusing a bug on Kyle's website and just saying 'It is your fault, not mine, deal with it'. I mean there are a ton of evidence on here that shows it. This is my final post on this thread, I hope people can truly see what a scammer Reece really is.
  22. Well Dave, it is more than just 8.50. It is about him stealing some guy template and apparently stealing others as well. So it is more than just a couple of dollars. However, this truly has become a bickering thread and lost control of the true purpose which is Reece/"Splash" is a fraud. Lastly, it is clear that Skype chat log was copied and pasted. You can see marks/gray box right below that are cut off. So once again Reece can't tell the truth.
  23. You are still in the wrong completely. Plus, "all that long ago" is a maximum of one month. Probably didn't either. After seeing multiple accounts of people showing stuff against him I have conclude he is just a fraud. Plus I'd you want to discuss about Jason, do it in your own thread. This is about your lies.
  24. Reece, do you do anything on your own? Geez, stealing a logo, just awful.
