Razor42 - Mafia Law Template.
W3Theory || Peter replied to W3Theory || Peter's topic in Collaboration Experiences
He hired me to do work in which I had to update his files (I.E., His users online page.) -
It has been brought to my attention that Razor42, owner of Soldiers Warfare, is trying to sell a design that isn't his to sell. This happens to be the Mafia Law template. I created this design for a client who hired us both, Razor and I, to do development and design work. Razor must of gotten a hold of the PSD files while in their cpanel, which I noticed where in his SoldiersWarfare cpanel as well. The owner vanished from the internet and still owed me money for some work. This is why I know 100% he does not have the right to sell it as I still own partial ownership as I wait for the debt to be cleared by the owner. I mention to Razor on Skype that I still own the template until payment is made, thus removing any excuse that he didn't know. I don't think this is the first time this has happens and I ask anyone that has been offered the template to contact me. Regards, Pete

So, what would you say is the best way to increase your max chance of apple approving your app for market?

Demo account for anyone interested: User: demo Password: demo However, there is nothing special about it, bugs everywhere, security issues, and there is no thought put into it, especially the crimes. I would say work more than just 5 days on it and don't say you completed a game which looks like a direct copy from the engine except color change.

From my search, I feel like JAVA was the best solution. Though, as mention, I am not the most experience in this area. The game itself is going to be a simple puzzle game. Don't want to go to much detail about the actual game itself. Simple features I find to be the best games sometimes.

Hello Everyone! I hope you are doing well. It's been a while since I really posted on this site. Well, since the sale of Year1920 (due to a various of reasons) and finally settling into my new job & city, I have picked up a new project. After experimenting with a variation of online text-based games, I decided to take a stab at APP games. I am currently putting together a puzzle style game, well trying to at least. All the graphics for the game will be done at the end of the week. I am in the process of looking for application developers for Facebook/iOS/Android (mostly on oDesk) and just searching around on who can help me finish this project up. I just figured I would give an update on my current projects. The game is about taking a low-end job and moving your way all the way up the ladder to CEO. The trick is that, like any day job, you start to lose your energy around the 2:30-3pm marker and need your coffee to stay awake, or you will get fired! Well, I got this idea when at work and just noticed around and how a lot of people would experience this and figured it would be a fun idea to make into a game. The game is set to release in a max of 3 months, if everything goes right. If you might be interest to know more or talk, you can always add me on Skype at pleaman05. My question to you Dott Dogg is that did you buy that from me? i am pretty sure I sold that to someone else... If my memory is right.

Yeah, but then Flippa also takes percentage and then Paypal will take percentage. In the end, you can end up losing a lot from it.
-
So you are trying to sell a random domain, very low quality, and a script that we can't see?
-
Not trying to discredit you, however, just looking at the game and the current set-up, it will be real hard to gain new players, especially with the way games are going these days. These are some of the reasons why people move to selling their game. On top of that, taking a look at your screenshot and announcements within your game, you only gained 200$ in December when you were running a BOGOF offer, which means your earnings probably came early on in the game. This normally happens with text-based games such as this. So you really have to sit back and ask yourself, "Do you see yourself gaining 2,000$ in profit within the next year?". My answer would be most likely No. If you were to only gain 200$ (before paypal and server fees) during a time you did a special, which tends to be a higher point in your selling days, then you are going to have a harder time hitting that number every month. On top of that, you got to include your expenses for the server and domain which will take in cost. Last point in regards to the revenue, since you just recently ran a BOGOF with some extra benefits you probably won't see any of those players purchasing any new packages for a while. The new owner will most likely either have to wait a little bit before they can start seeing those packages go away and new orders. These are just some of my observations. Then again, it is your game, so you don't have to sell it for anything you don't want. I am just thinking realistically I don't see the value coming out of it down the line.

So the game has only been around for 1 year and I notice a lot of players that are like level 600, that seems quite high for just one year playing. I wish you the best of luck on your sale, however, the price seems way to high. None the less, good luck.

To be honest it seems way to dark and non inviting. Most people are different and have different views of how they want a template to be, however, it just nothing special with way too much generic structure and very little toning. I don't get a gaming feel from it, more like a forum.

This site has been sold. Someone has made a BIN price through PM. Thank you for everyone for the interest. Regards, Pete p.s. This topic can be closed.

@Dave: Thanks! Yeah, it's been there for a while and going through my domain list I spotted it. So figured since I haven't touched it in the last two years, I probably won't be anytime soon. ::Sale Update:: Current Highest Bid: 80$ Current Highest Bidder: Razor End of sale is one of either two things, what ever comes first: 1) Sale will end on Saturday @ 4pm (EST , United States - it's 8 am right now) 2) Sale will end on Friday @ 4pm (EST), if the bid reaches 100$ today. P.S. One can throw a BIN offer on here or through PM if they are interested as well. Thank you, Pete

So, I have had this domain and site for a long time now. The site is about 70% done overall. Great for someone to have a nice side project with and get it running. I just don't see it happening anytime soon with my schedule or other projects. What is included is: Website: GamerAdsCenter.com + 1 year hosting + Domain + All the files (all unique, from scratch) + License to the template used (Optional) A reduced price for a template upon purchase if they are looking for one. (30% of the normal price tag) Features include: - Account creation for Publishers and Advertisers - Ability to create zones - Ability to create campaigns - Upload Banners - Simple Campaign statistics - Upload/Edit ones' site There are definitely some bugs in the site and will need some work, but a good chunk of it is done. Bidding starts @ $50 and will end when I like a price. Trying to get it off my hands by this weekend to be honest. You can either post a bid/question here or through Private Message. Regards, Pete

I'll give you that in regards to the design, however, to code up something does take time. So asking 20$ for an already set-up template that is coded into xhtml/css files isn't bad.
-
Yeah, I can do this for 15-20$ if needed. Let me know if you are interested.
