  1. Some of the Mcaddon posters may remember the controversy entailed when he tried to resell modifications that were unique to my game and my game alone as they had my database tables. i.e i didnt use crystals/money it was something like dinero/kickers How odd it would be that his mod was calling for dinero and kickers. I mean..seriously :P
  2. Attacking with permission and attacking to destroy are two totally different things.   Give this post a few hours it'll turn into another derogatory post similar to the one about George a few days back as Several People know this guy and know how he is and what he does. He's a sneaky one to ;)
  3. For the most part you are correct, with the exception of I have worked with him. Burn me once, you're done ordeal. I co-partnered with him on Immortal-Darkness quite a long while back now. He had cpanel access to help install modifications and make adjustments as at that time I was still in the learning process. I logged in one day in "mid" destruction, where he'd slipped a few backdoor worms in several sub directories and was in the process of deleting everything from the server *Including The trash bin so I couldnt recover* Just lucky enough I caught this in time. I've also seen him try and take fame and credit for a mod that he ripped off my site, that I originally bought from a 3rd party, saying he made it and trying to sell it back when Mcaddons.com was open. So yea, I've had personal experience with this guy :)
  4. GanjaFreak/IR00TZ/Detective Rootz Problems--- ---Attempted and Successful hacking attempts on multiple games. ---Cons and Manipulation to gain cpanel access to throw all sorts of backdoors onto your hosts ---Well Known and avid poster on some of the more popular "hacking" sites. ---Template Thief. ---Also known for stealing modifications then trying to resell them as his own.   I'm sure many can vouch for this, I just seen that said person signed up and is once again seeking a "partnership" This person has very little coding knowledge although it has been a while so perhaps it's improved slightly.
  5. Well, Alain. The person in question has been known for attacking and stealing from Multiple games.(Hence they won't admit who they are publicly) This actually belongs on the wall of shame. But since they have a "new" name I suppose it's ok? seriously?
  6. http://sites.google.com/site/wallyatkins/Spooby.mp3
  7. lol oh well didnt see it :P
  8. Same as with Illusions, You're welcome to add any of my free mods found here or on cronwerks to the above list.
  9. While true, Paul, If he is put up there, others will be aware to look out for him (assuming he ever returns). So while it may make his day, others will keep there eyes out if they ever cross paths
  10. Yep, Sorry was on a laptop and just felt like posting.   He used Bots, to spam running games with thousands of inactive users, cluttering up your database (So enable Captchas to slow things down) Hunted SQL injections from various people in order to drop users tables, admin himself, give himself lots of money etc. Potty Mouth and Racism unlimited. Often would offer to do "free programming" where he'd add free mods he'd find on sites such as these in order to gain access to your cpanel. Weeks later he'd take over your cpanel and leave you hanging.   He's also known for frequently visiting other sites and spamming them in order to get people to play his game ( and others ) which starts off a horrible reputation.   Havent seen nor heard from him in quite a while. Perhaps he's in jail? :p
  11. For countless reasons as minimal as conning and upwards of manipulation to game scripts in order to gain access. All in all hands down a wall of shamer.
  12. A good start, But I encourage people to take the GRPG pop up window with the Item Definition upon "clicking it" and convert that to mccodes as well. One of the few features I liked with GRPG i adapted a long while back.   I.E you have a shop, with item images, click on an item, a small javascript pop up box appears with a full tabled out item index of the particular item   Just looked nice, little fancy and free. Convert some of GRPG mods into mccodes, it's a blasty blast :P
  13. The sad part about all of this is, even when the worst looks worse than it can possibly be, i give shadow of a doubt. W/o Undivided Proof I tend to be like a Jury, Innocent until Proven Guilty. So, while some facts may or may not remain and look highly suspicious, there is not just enough evidence to prove "guilty" for me. Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt that is.   So, I have faith in humanity and all people, and Hopefully, yes, i said hopefully, said person will redeem themselves in not just mine, but others eyes, as I hate to see yet another artist of the scamming industry. This has been a downfall to myself in the past, but has also proven to be the appropriate choice, and in which i've gained many valueable friends, proving loyalty over here-say. So, it is what it is, if it happens it happens, and if i get reamed it's my own doing. Thank you all for the heads up, but I tend to always(and i mean always) make my own decisions about people and the way they act/treat me.   ---Josh/Thug
  14. Coloring them and Making them are two different things ;p
  15. Mafia template he was selling? (I know I know, I wasn't posting again, but i'm curious)
  16. Shrugs, everyday an ordeal is going on with someone or other, and while you have a valid point DJ, personally in my honest opinion it is what sways me from frequently visiting this site as much as I used to. There is always someone looking to make a quick buck, and while it is the job of the community to let it be known, it is also the responsibility of buyers to do checks on the users from whom they are purchasing. A simple quick scan through prior posts and through the boards using the search feature can pretty much tell you all you need to know about someone. There really is no reason to get a lynch mob running and get a nice 4 page topic (already) of him bashing her and her bashing them and those bashing these etc etc. The point is out there, but everyone and there mother now has to jump on the post with some bashing sticks and give there two cents(now myself included ><) Shrugz, I'm done here, and this will be my last post on the matter as I do not wish to continue on One Life to Makewebgames Soap opera.
  17. Drama Drama Drama. I know this much, and this is all I will say on the subject.   I purchased Freedom RPG a long long while back(before any prior drama). I recieved everything that was promised and then some.   Though I can admit a few times the way he tends to word things may sound...shady...at best. He's never given me any reason (Personally) not to trust he'll do what he says.   Spydre I'm alright with you as well, but a long while back you designed a layout for me that took roughly 5 weeks(was told a few days) and in the end the final product I was not entirely satisfied with, but was glad to have been done with the ordeal. But, it is what it is. Everyone has a few bad deals and a lot of good deals. It's how you move forward constantly and continue to present yourself even when the bad has smeared your image. Businesses work this way as well, Hell McCodes is a prime example.   Originally McCodes or McCraps as it was commonly known as well as dabs and cb were despised by the majority of the community. Now they are giving McC (or so they say) A new name! bigger better blah blah blah. We'll see. But it's just a prime example of how people can and do change, as can businesses.
  18. wbb is a pain to learn but ooo it's fun >,<
  19. Eh to many moochers will say free. I say Paid, You deserve to make a little something after all the freebies you've released over the years
  20. The point was valid. If you don't have time to "learn it" you must be working so pay someone. Majority of the people here have their own obligations and their own bills. Doing free work for someone else because they don't wish to pay for it or take the time to learn it is stupid.
  21. GRPG is a lot more unsecure than McCodes, but the majority of the GRPG bugs are just simple SQL injections. It's really not hard to secure the GRPG at all just tons of files that need to be fixed.   All in all, as Paul said, AS MUCH as I hate to say it McC = wins.
  22. This is true, it would still be MC. However, there is an amazingly high amount of support, add-ons for McCodes, where-as any other engine you are looking into quite a good chunk of coin if you have no coding knowledge at all. All the Free Mods found here on these forums alone equal out to quite a bit of money to have a coder swoop in and custom code them for your engine alone. That being said, I'm no great fan of McCodes either. However, at this point in time, it is the most easily modifiable, most supported, and there are a quite a few McCodes based games out there generating quite a good deal of money. It's all what you are willing to put into it. 2-4k US cash into any engine frankly will get the ball running, it's far more than most start off with (which is normally a hope and a dream). If dumped into mccodes you can divide your money a little better, as it wouldn't cost near as much to have mccodes fixed, and modded as it would to have a differant engine done to your liking + Mods. Bare in mind, Most modifications run anywhere from 10.00 up to 150.00 cash. There are thousands of modifications for free here on these sites alone. For McCodes. So you can take 20 free ones from this site, even at an average of 5.00 per Mod that's 100.00 you just spent. 5.00 Is rather low for any mod that is worth a flip as well, i'd say the norm cost would be between 40-100.00 For advanced modifications worth a damn. Just my two more cents ^_^
  23. Not even sure I know who this guy is...anyone? Been around for a minute and I dno that guy, perhaps an off site programmer, shrugz.
  24. Little dark on this junky monitor, sure it would look better at my house. Least it has some active users :)
