Hello, Basically I'm looking for a partner who has a decent experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML and possibly some CSS. The project is incredibly basic at the moment but could move onto bigger and better things. Think of it as somewhat of a try-out to see if your abilities match my cruel and tough expectations. So the project itself. You'd be working alongside myself on a new Gaming Toplist, the system would be built from scratch mainly by yourself but obviously the work would be split, so anything you didn't think you could manage or anything you'd like guidance with you can just throw at me. In return for working alongside me you'll obviously receive 50% ownership of the site which entitles you to 50% of the project after costs. I already have the basic template setup and I imagine the project shouldn't take any more then a few weeks if that. You need to have a good understanding of PHP and especially making sure your scripts are secure! If you know jQuery and Ajax that would be a bonus. You'll need to add the image onto your host and then link to it using a HTML image tag like such. <img src="/path/to/image/image_name.jpg" alt="Description of image" />

Vista Panel is just useless. I'd say change over to cPanel. It's the most user friendly control panel.

I'd get away from using the "boxes" (I cannot remember their names) around the content and login you're using. Try and make the whole thing a bit more dynamic. Also mascots do greatly help user interaction if you have them coupled with a nice login, if the mascots overpowers the login then it's pointless. Other then that the structure is nice, very simple grid system. Good luck!

Hey, I logged into the engine, there is no guide telling me what I'm trying to achieve? Really need some form of tutorial. After clicking around I noticed the presentation of the various modules you have isn't very... professional. For instance the "My Hut" link looks very mish-mashy and there is no consistency with any of the other pages. You should really try and make all your pages look similar to make the user feel like they're still in the same game, obviously this is just a styling issue. Also, the menu you're using is from some program I seem to remember? If it's not I apologies but surely you wouldn't have re-sale rights on the menu? You should check it out just in case! I do however like where you're going with the engine, the resource idea is frankly beautiful and something I've wanted to do within a game for a long time! Good luck!

Hmmm. I've thought about this too! But that automated script I imagine wouldn't be perfect so ideally you'd wanna be using language files and allow the users to switch between them. Also user interaction would be impossible, along with any cheating and so on in game you'd ideally need at least one moderator fluent in each language you are live in. Unless you did some form of "world" system where you have different versions of the game running entirely in different languages. So have an English world, Dutch world, Spanish world and so on. There are many pros and cons but I personally think in this case, on a small scale site. You'd be better off keeping it in one language.

You can't add houses directly, but you are able to update the users house field and maxwill to represent the house you wish to give them. Which in essence is giving them that house. An addon to allow you to give a user a house from a DP would be very simple to write and could be added if there was enough interest.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S and it's simply the nicest phone I've ever seen or owned. It's also bigger then an iPhone if you just wanna rub it in someone's face. Has great specs so it can handle nearly every android game alongside hardly ever lagging on any of the general system (Well my phone is rooted but rooting is very easy).

I don't believe there ever was a community poll. There was allot of discussion within the staff team and it was decided we needed to move away from the current software to something more stable. This would be great! I'm constantly attempting to browse the forums on my android and it's rather painful to say the least.
