  • How much service experience do you have?
  • Do you manage the server yourself, or do a 3rd party?
  • Do you backup the server contents, and if so, what are your backup methods?
  • If the service has downtime, how quickly can you fix it?
  • Are we allowed to have SSH access?
  • Can we install packages? Ie. PEAR packages?
  • How up-to-date is your technology?
    • Apache/Nginx version
    • PHP version
    • ...
    • Are they the latest version, or the latest stable version?
      • How much of a notice will you give to clients notifying them of an upgrade to a service?

You have very contradicting statements on your site. One section it says 99.9% Uptime and another says 100%. Well, which one is it? Plus, 100% guaranteed? I highly doubt that.

As a suggestion, I would take more time thinking out your hosting services and present a little more professional introduction then this. As well as fix your site so it doesn't contradict itself.

Same contradiction in the OP, too

@Op: don't say 100% uptime guarantee. Anybody can take your server(a) offline with a simple DOS attack, unless your protected by a service like CloudFlare :?

The only proper way of preventing a DOS attack is improving bandwidth but your right, it shouldn't say 100% uptime because it's a lie

First I wish you luck as you begin this venture and hope you understand that many of the people here are making great suggestions and awesome feedback. Majority that have been down the path your on and some that would be your customers.

Oh and I'm sure its on your list to do but be sure to get a proper SSL cert for your secured areas like Client Area and Reset Password.

no i basically brought a reseller from them but own half the rights to the whole thing

1.) You bought a Reseller, not into the partnership.

2.) Your reseller is only 50GB in size which apparently your "partner" can't seem to grasp.

3.) EDIT: nevermind the 3rd question as I just saw it had already been done.

I think you guys are over selling. IE: Selling **** you don't have.

yes, they are overselling and i am not happy about it. Sniko all questions have been answered on the DCSG Hosting thread.

Now, can we close this thread as I am the main owner of the server and don't like multiple advertising threads for the same ****?

It is a different hosting name so a different company? You have no right to close the thread death.

Different company using MY hosting services. A reseller of my server...

He is offering his OWN service. He might be using your "server" but it's still his service.

Im going to allow it simply because you apparently authorized reseller rights included in his package
