Which Engine?

Which engine do you guys recommend for bringing a game onto Facebook? As for the type of game, it would have missions, NPCs to fight, player battles, and the usual. I would be interested in paying to have custom features developed, but I figure it can save a lot of money by starting with an engine.

I have tried a couple, but have not found something yet that seems to be the right fit.

Well, give us a list of what you have tried and maybe talk about what wasnt fit for the job.

Bottom line it really isnt what we think its what you think. Everyone has their own opinions on what they would recommend.

Pretty much anything can be integrated with Facebook if you can figure out their API.

Though, if you're looking for built-in, I believe NWE is integrated.

Nwe in my opinion is still at its very early stages. Whereby it will take a lot of work to build upon to make something out of it. It still has very basic features and depending on your timescale would not be the best choice

Don't get me wrong from what I've seen its codes very well but still at a very basic in regards to features and content stage

If NWE is "basic" so is every other engine out there. The feature list is rather large now.

Wasn't there a FB game engine being sold on here? I also believe someone (Dayo?) released a basic one.

i did have a FB engine a while ago (maybe a year or two) but that is now out dated as it ran the old FBML
