Your job will be to Design a layout first off as a PSD Convert the PSD to HTML & CSS once i'm happy with the above Make sure it's fully mobile friendly I do have a rough idea of what I want, of course pay is negotiable. If you think you can do this, please PM me, show me the layouts you have done previously, your price and your time frame. Dayo Posted July 29, 2013 Share Posted July 29, 2013 Why build a template around bootstrap, yes it is very usefull and you can build prototypes very fast with it but when it comes to designing your layout your then restricted to the framework, if coded correctly you can make any theme responsive.
