Hello,

I am looking for a web designer who can create good, detailed websites, I have an illustrator however I need someone to bring my MSPaint layout to life.

Your job will be to

• Design a layout first off as a PSD
  
• Convert the PSD to HTML & CSS once i'm happy with the above
  
• Make sure it's fully mobile friendly
  

 

I do have a rough idea of what I want, of course pay is negotiable. If you think you can do this, please PM me, show me the layouts you have done previously, your price and your time frame.

Why build a template around bootstrap, yes it is very usefull and you can build prototypes very fast with it but when it comes to designing your layout your then restricted to the framework, if coded correctly you can make any theme responsive.

It would cost a lot more for a full responsive theme, bootstrap is nice, however what "restrictions"?

Wouldn't cost that much more in all honesty.

Think I charged 2 days for the last responsive site I did, which against a professional template isn't much.
