I wouldn't advise fiverr.

I've heard many horror stories.

Even from users from these boards.

I've never had a problem with fiverr gigs. If the seller doesn't complete your order, you can always just request a refund. And most of the higher rated sellers will issue a refund, anyway, if they don't think they'll get the job done on time.

It's just like using any service. You just have to use some common sense and intuition when purchasing a gig.
