First of all thanks dave for sharing this with the community :) also the template isnt 100% to the PSD as this was only a quick code up ;)

This template was designed by dave Macaulay then coded to HTML by chris day.

You're allowed to use this template freely as is, the template does not come with any form of support.

You're not allowed to re-distribute the template in any way shape or form for profit or not.

Some form of credit must be given stating that the template was created by Dave Macaulay and coded by chris day.

we just ask you to keep the links at the bottom of the page.

There would still be the error for placeholder and the script tag hasnt got a type but I'll fix that when I get home

Also when I get home I'll also optimise the images so if loads faster

just ran it throgh the validator and it does, i may make the register later aswell altho i dont think it will be finished untill i get back from holiday

Hello

i am new to alot of this, but have been working hard on figuring out. has anyone converted this to the login.php for mccodes? i have tried a couple of time to transfer stuff over but seem to be leaving some stuff out. so any tips ? please

there seems to be alot of conversion here, ive tried multiple times, i might think just about paying for someoene to design one for me i heard Razor and W3Peter do designs, not sure, im trying to learn as i go, and trying to not bug people too much, but thanks for your post
