And any major new version that comes out will be protected from piracy more than previous versions. Quote

His codes got illegally distrubuted cause he never bothered, i buy mods and i dont do anything but use them on my game, why would i give to others when i will lose trust etc ?? Quote

Sure he can say it is his, but then someone could goto court and sue dbs for removing it, because it is not copyrighted. There is actually no evidence dbs made it, so it's actually as good, no, not even, as the GPL licence. The most successful version, speaking copyrighted whise, is the lite version, because it is atleast under protection under the GPL licence. Even if there is a v3 etc, and if it is copyrighted, noone can say dbs made it, because it would be in someone elses name. Most of these people who made a game engine and are reselling it, it's not under protecting of anything. So that's why I know even if people whho sell their modifications can't do anything about someone reselling their modifications. The only thing that can legally happen to them is people from CE telling them it is illegal, which it isn't. Quote

All the sellers of modifications, they will have to pay the full amount back(that or get sued). Quote
