I don't like the background repeat you have on, I'd design a background image that's very simple.....Make it look neater.

I believe DreamCoder has a right to put anything that is not illegal on his website. He has a right to put that on his site and he may be adding a php system onto the site and decided to put the copyright notice on beforehand as in case he forgot to put later through development. Good job DreamCoder. You have the determination to learn how to code and that is what matters and do not let people like Jordan put you down.

It is fine as you must be really tired. People like you being that Are you saying you created HTML?

That is not either helping him nor offering any suggestions. It is of course not advice since you didn't give any but questioned his usage of the copyright notice. But it is fine as you are tired.

why photoshop ? there are better options imo for graphics based web development

@wrx: photoshop is for me one of the best tool even if not the easiest to master.

@DreamCoder: The "site" or should I call them "pages" are really basic. Not only the look is nothing special, but even the content is... nearly empty. So if it's your first HTML page congratulations otherwise you should invest a bit more time to really get a bit more flesh before asking fore review.

Sorry, I don't get the look.

This is your own website written in HTML. But I hardly see most things being finished. A banner won't make your website look better.. A layout will. The are some free layouts some were. Look them up, work around the HTML in the file. Your site will look better and it's still helping you on HTML. :)
