How do i make a License?

I would like to make a license for my files as i don't want them to be stolen but i don't have a clue what information I need to include in the license.

Help will be appreciated.

You can add something that pings your site like curl or fsockopen etc. the problem with that is, is that they can be removed unless you encode it with something that's hard to be decoded

Your files will get stolen encrypted or not. Raven tried to encrypt theirs but it was cracked. Files can't really be encrypted, if you want to share them.

only way to maybe have a chance is make your own library that your script has to run through like functions it has to use similar to ioncube or zend but your own that is fully closed source that way has much less chance of someone figuring out how to crack it and if you only use it for your own software the chances are the people that try to get your script are not good enough to crack the encryption wouldn't be that hard either

Yep this is the downside to handing over your files to people is that they have access to them encrypted or not.
