Title:

TBD - Potential names: AfterWar, Forces of War

Game abstract:

The game will be set in a post apocalyptic world where an EMP was dropped and civilization is left to rebuild with nothing.

(Some of the) Unique features:

Crafting - huge list of craftable weapons, armour, food, etc... that can be built using items scavenged by the player

Questing - a variety of quests that unlock access to new cities, tools, resources, etc...

Travel - stick to your safe base or venture into the unknown

Updates - As the game progress new content and cities will be introduced which will mean new content, weapons, quests, etc...

Technology used:

Currently using the nw-engine

Current development status:

A test site is up and currently working on story/content/quests/etc..

My own skills and tasks in the game:

I'm not really a coder, but have been able to make tweaks to the php code within nw-engine to do things I've wanted. But there is no way I can incorporate any of the new features I'd like to implement.

I'm a quick learner with the right guidance though! PLus i'm good for doing any grunt work! haah

Im not too bad with photoshop, but definitely not an artist who can create content on the fly.

What I/we are looking for:

Looking for an experienced coder who can implement my insane ideas.

Expenses will be covered by:

I will pay all hosting/domain costs. Im not sure what other costs there are.

Current team:

Me

Share / gain of the partners:

Depends on your level of experience/demands.

I'm open to discussion.

On another note:

I used to run a gaming community of 10,000 players. Im hoping to reach out to these former members and entice them to play my game. My current domain forcesofwar.com receives a nice bit of traffic daily which results in 3-5 new registrations a day to the website. This could easily help grow the game in my opinion.

Hope to hear from someone!
