I think he just made a big mistake as hopefully that wasn't all of his money as he is not getting it back. I would try to figure out his site domain. You do realize that anyone can file a chargeback up to 180 days after a transaction. So your saying wait 180 days to make sure its cleared? I don't think so. The transaction was completed, otherwise the IPN would have never gone through.
