Looking for a complete Gang system

I am looking for a complete gang system .

I want this mod to have

Gang Armory

Gang Rental

Gang Crimes

Gang Chat

Gang Hitlist

And also i want the gangs not to have anymore Respect but Levels.The levels will be gained from the attacks between members of the gangs. Every attack will give an amount of exp.

And all the existing functions of the mccodes

Iv'e made a complete gang system. I cannot remember the exact features i implemented into it, but most from your list are in there.

I would highly suggest providing with a rough estimate along with a rough time frame,

 

Everything you mention is actually around the forum and easily created into one big script.

 

I have told a few known web developers about this though as I'm not able to get enough time
