Your layout is still illegal, and you need to fire your entire law department, you are held responsible for the content on your site and specifically the images you are using. Until someone changes them you can be sued for libel by the original owner, have the site shut down and lose a lot of money Quote

They need to be changed regardless whether you sell or not. Quote
