i have looked up to page 50 there no shoutboxes with smileys but if someone can post a shoutbox i will edit it with smileys.

Ahh was a while back now ^^ and I no longer sell that mod, Cause tbh it was useless :L

It wouldn't be a true shoutbox if it wasn't interactive (IE: you don't need to reload each time a message is sent) - this is where Javascript or one of it's frameworks come in!

I used the above and not only did it slow up the whole site, but my AV confirmed it also came with two free trojans.

 

This may not be down to the user, and could be a 3rd party problem, but it still exists nonetheless.

There is an external JavaScript source in there which is infected.

Oh no 'Big Brother' is sending out Trojans, this means everyone is infected after all most do use Google.

Let me guess, the programme that detected this virus was Avast?

Well, Since Google doesn't use anyone elses ad systems and uses there own, the likelihood of it coming from those are slim. The only really way there could be a trojan is if Google did it themselves or someone hacked them and did it, which is possible, but not very likely for the virus to be on there for more than a few minutes.
