Only if it's offered within the PHP language, as you cannot normally load loadable PHP modules just for yourself.

Completing a_bertrand's reply, there are lots of hosting services around that allow you to set some php.ini settings on your folders, so ask your hosts if they allow to add/load the specified modules needed to use it!
