It's an email validation mod, with registration together. It's simple, quick to use and easy to implement. Users can choose a username, confirm it, type in a valid email, and choose you gender. (Promo code is not there, but can be added.)... They are sent an email, from whatever email the buyer (you) chooses (currently set to a game called mafia chaos, as the mod was made for them.). The email contains an 8 character numeric password, which you type in. You type in a new pw,confirm it and you're signed up. This mod can be tested at http://criminal-revolution.com/sign_up.php But please note, you will not be able to login, as I have not allowed the queries to execute. Along with this mod, you will receive full support, updates and fixes for any bugs (which I guarentee 99.9% there wont be). The layout ofthe sign up, will not be given with the mod. I am able to change the layout for you, with a basic background etc, unless you supply me with graphics you want, which I may also do for you. I was wondering if you don't mind me posting mine, for a charge, in a few days, as mine will have the option to add multiple items, edit the trade and also it will have amini message box, like Tc's. Just thought it'd be best to ask before I posted :).

Re: Free Starter Pack   Okay guys...lemme try and explain again. I only have myself to blame, as the coding of the starter pack was not very good, I've made it slightly better. Basically, sprintf is used to secure the query. Here is an example of a sprintf query, and how to edit it, to ensure you do not get errors.   $sql = sprintf("UPDATE `users` SET `money` = `money` + '%d', `crystals` = `crystals` + '%d' WHERE `userid` = ('%u')", 100,500,$ir['userid']); $db->query($sql);   Basically, the '%d' is a number. It is the number of crystals / money you want the user to get. At present, %d has not been defined, however, after you get to the center of the query...right after ", you will notice a few numbers and a userid (100,500,$ir['userid']). These define the %d's and the %u in the query. So the money will be +100, crystals +500 and userid $ir['userid']. Now if you did not have crystals for example in your game, you would have to remove the part that says: `crystals` = `crystals` + '%d' but also the bit that says 500, as it defines the crystals. For anyone who didn't understand this, go to http://www.php.net and learn it. It's simple once you know it and contact me if you need more help.

Re: [Free V2] Lottery Guys...I spologise for the error. However, there is only two main errors, 1. Money is not being credited 2. A new jackpot starts for every person. I'm editing and fixing them...give me a bit. Thanks and enjoy the completed mod soon.

Re: who likes mccodes?   hmmm...... LOL...I think I may be wrong there, as just the other day I heard he was 14 when he coded this. Well, I'm the same age...and can probably code better than he could overall at the age of 14 :-P (I think anyway!)..

Re: Looking for how to add item that gives energy   That would be common sense i believe, unless, of course, you want to chew on a minigun to get energy :roll: :lol: I'd chew on a minigun anyday :P.. Anyway, on a serious note, if you're using V2, you don't haveto make it food. You use staff panel to add the energy effect. Doesn't matter what the type is.

Re: who likes mccodes? Personally, I feel MC codes is quite a good game engine. Ok, it may have it's negatives, and they may be endless (exploits, bad coding etc) however, unless you've coded your game from scratch and not used MC, you can't really say anything. Without MCcodes, most of you wouldn't even have a game and alot of us would not have become interested in gaming. Therefore, I suggest that if you use MC codes, learn to code yourself to improve it and think of it more as a learning project, not a badly coded engine. I prefer V2 to V1 honestly because I'm just used to it. I feel that it's become simple to edit the files in V2, with the experience I have in it. Though, I must say, I previously used lite, when I was learning, and didn't like it. I feel differently now, as Lite is actually a good place to start off. Remember one thing, DBS was young when he coded this, 99% of you couldn't do it better at his age... :mrgreen:

Re: Hoes and Drugs Erm it would help for us to see the exact query...e.g. what comes after `userid=`? Is it something like: $db->query("UPDATE `users` SET `prostitutes` = `prostitutes` - 1 WHERE `userid`= $userid"); :? If so try replacing $userid with $ir['userid'] or if $userid isn't there, add that instead.

Re: agumon @ localhost That's what the original table was set to. I'm assuming you're using phpMyAdmin. All you do is go to cPanel and onto MySQL databases. Then you create a new database e.g mccodes. The name of the database will then be something_mccodes, which you can see on that screen. You then create a new user like aaron. The user will be something_aaron. You create a password for that user, make sure you remember it :-P. Add the user to the database then run the installer, entering all the db details, username, password etc.
