Well hello there, if you're reading this, you must want to know who the hell I am huh? Well, I'm Death, aka Dylan, aka Stoner Death, 24 years old at the time of writing (birthday in 29 days) I've been a webmaster / developer's apprentice (won't go as far as calling myself a dev just yet) for the past 14 years and recently have gotten back into coding. I've been learning under Mtg while running my own game... I'm the new official owner of Your Mafia Gaming or Your Mafia which was acquired in October of 2018 when the original owner decided to abandon his community and finally ended up leaving ownership to me. As you may have read in the thread for Magictallguy, we've been busy on revamping the game for the community. Currently, the game is a live version of a recoded gRPG v1 fully customized and rewritten to be PhP 7.2 compatible and use MariaDB with a closed BETA currently in development for MVC support. The Screenshot above, is the login page for the Mvc version - what you see here is Color Admin being re-purposed for front end use.

Well, I wouldn't say "Like" is the word for it... But with the constant upgrading and the demand for change in our project specifically, (yourmafia) it has definitely caused a number of rewrites just for optimizations and getting the original file set to work on PhP 7.2... Originally the game was written in very broken gRPG v1 and barely capable of running on PhP 5.4 let alone attempting to run on higher...

You mean, we're running YM v2.0 running on a completely rewritten gRPG v1ish... with YMv3 currently in development / closed beta? Remember, you already rewrote the original YM once ?

Sad thing is, that is an old accusation from back when he dropped his host on me. I never paid for the work because I never received the files. I never even got to see the finished product. I believe that I have even posted a total of 13 screen shots in an accusation thread where MNG is defined as a scammer.

As am I. I don't expect any delays, down time, or issues any time soon. A possibility of an upgrade to a much faster ram soon, but nothing else

Okay, I have seen some of Pete's work and have been told that he is an amazing developer as far as layout designs are concerned. However, he is a bit out of my budget. I am able to offer $100.00 USD for a fully coded gRPG website layout for a mafia based game. I am looking for it to be customized and unique. Please PM me if interested in this task.

I will have Nginx and/or OpenVZ hopefully installed soon as well for the offering of VPS packages. At the moment, cPanel has some issues which has been causing random crashes, so am actually determining whether to stick to Centos 06 or to switch to Windows Plesk 11

Yes Dave, you did lol. Been configuring the dedicated server with Centos 6.5 64-bit and newer Apache, PhP, cPanel, MySLQ, etc. Been at it since about 9pm last night and still working on it. I will update this or repost as soon as the site it online and server is fully functional. Sorry for the inconvenience and slight delay. I decided to pass out at the desk last night lol

  1.) I have been administrating servers and VPS accounts for a little over 2 years. I began my career with djabhosting.com in 2011 and moved into helping MNG with nuxengine.me in 2013. When nuxengine.me shut down approximately 1 month ago, I purchased dcsghosting.com and decided to start my own. 2.) I manage the server myself but it is located in a datacenter in northern Canada, so technically it is only partially managed by me. 3.) The Server offers RAID 1. RAID 1 duplicates the main HDD partition onto a second HDD thus in the event of HDD Failure, no data is lost. The server also does a weekly backup of all data automatically via FTP backup. 4.) If the server has any downtime, I do have 2 methods of fixing it. I have a separate HDD with a copy of the first allowing all accounts to continue running smoothly, or I put the server into maintenance mode and work on it ASAP. General downtime lasts less than 2 hours and is done in the middle of the night (US PST) 5.) I now have a Dedicated a server running and am able to give Shell or SSH access to any client upon request. 6.) Modules are preinstalled at the moment, but I can add any module upon request. 7.) I give 1-2 weeks notification on when I plan to upgrade the server or any of its components within. I give all clients a 15 day notice of when they are reaching their allotted quotas and when they need to upgrade their own accounts.   Feel free to continue asking questions as I am here to promote, answer, and help

A long list of updates soon to come. I have upgraded my hosting to its own Dedicated server with much better statistics than given for the VPS I was originally on. I will followup this post with those Statistics once the server is fully provisioned.

I can agree to this. He does have reseller rights and I can understand it being a Separate business, but seriously? advertising on the same site as the parent account? pretty low

  yes, they are overselling and i am not happy about it. Sniko all questions have been answered on the DCSG Hosting thread. Now, can we close this thread as I am the main owner of the server and don't like multiple advertising threads for the same ****?
