Ok, you seem to be want lots of things, i highly suggest you get the basics of php down to a tee. Then, you may be able to grasp some of the things your asking for, and in the long run, will turn out cheaper. :)

Personally, i would use strip_tags, it removes PHP tags, aswell as all HTML tags
