You can get a VPS in all of those. Suprising.
CentOS is simliar to Fedora. As its based on Redhat Enterprise.
In terms of management CentOS, Fedora and Suse all use RPM based packages which are widely available.
Debian uses its own DEB packages for updates which are better than RPM's. Its a solid reliable system.
It really comes down to what you need and what you know.
If you dont know anything then stick with something that will take very little extra management so in order of choice it would be Debian ,CentOS, Fedora.
At the end of the day they are base operating systems. What will determine how well it runs is the spec of the system in terms of drive, ram, cpu and how it is installed which will count.
