Hey thanks everyone, some of the old mods on here have change because of the forum upgrade, like i said above, but its just a matter of looking at the files. :p

Just wondering if there is a Tutorial to convert v2 to v2.0.5b? There are some mods on here that wont work on the updated version and it would be good to know what to edit to convert to it. I know MWG's syntax highlighter inserts strange characters but what else needs to change? Any thoughts on this would greatly help the community i think?

Hi Allan, if you want to send the zip files of everything you have on the zap engine to [email protected] it can also stay alive there. Forelawn.com has some pretty big news coming soon and this would be a shame to see your engine die after all the hard work you have put in.

It looks better than most i have seen but i think the advertising banners need to go. I'm not saying don't use them but maybe only have them on the login page... Too much i feel. I also agree with realmoflegends, 14 days is too long... 2-3 days is sufficient. GFX look really nice and the design is good but the transferring of data from the advertisements is annoying. But great job i think it should do well.

I Installed it on my test server and everything went as planned :-) I deleted the installer.php right after installing it as well and no problems. The problem with user ID 1 having no gender just requires you to set it in preferences no biggy. The default template looks nice but I'm sure people will make there own templates anyway. I can't find any error with gangs everything seems to work for me?

Just purchased with the loyalty discount feature and works perfect, great work CB... Can't wait to test it out on my server! :-)

I'm not sure what you mean about all the sites and as for the mods on Forelawn, all paid mods have indeed been added with developers consent. most free mods have not but as you will see is that everyone of them gives credit to the developer and has link back to their web sites. If any one has seen their free mods on forelawn and wishes to have them removed please feel free to say so here or email [email protected] and they will be removed with-in a timely manner. If you refer to the mccodes links, please understand we are in talks with the mccodes admin and all is above board... If you have free mods you would like added to our downloads section please feel free contact me or simply register at the site and upload them yourself. For paid mods please mail [email protected]. Hope this clears it up for you Dominion. :-)

That is correct he has now released them as open source all except his two player mods. Forelawn.com has rights to resell the New Multiplayer Game Mods and also has the now free mods for download. also his new web site is http://teachthe.net

rulerofzu   Every one would be welcome to do that yes! It's not as if we are stealing people from this forum to that forum or so on and i don't see the problem if it's still advertising mccodes mods and this forum.   To use that as an example is ridiculous! that is common sense... This however is not a business as such that is making huge amounts of money and my forum does not or will not generate any money! especially from MWG's users. That i would say we are not businesses! I understand now you don't like ME advertising here and i will not do that anymore, I was only trying to make it easier for people to download the free mods and also create a section for paid mods for the sellers to advertise their own web sites etc etc. The forums, as i said earlier was what i started out with and then decided to use a cms which i have nearly set up. And with heaps of advertisements and link backs to both MMcodes and MWG's as well as every mod developers web sites. I am sorry to have upset a few people here, Obviously! and as this is not my thread i will stop replying in here. newclear it was directed at me...
