Happen to have deleted a few users? When deleting users, make sure to turn back where your database increments from via PHPMyAdmin -> Users table -> Operations -> Look for "AUTO INCREMENT" under 'Table Options' @screen: http://prntscr.com/1l9j1

I think for the most part them suggestions should have been in play from the start, but hopefully most if not all should be implemented into v3. But then again who knows?

I don't think that's fair, as far as I am aware they did outsource for it, and for the most part it's okay (I haven't got the license to look at the code), sure there is a few bugs (mail one, events one etc). Other than that it is a lot better than it was previously, so maybe you should get of your high horse for a minute and take a gander at the script before judging it.
