  1. Doesn't look like Freddy to me.
  2. Djkanna

    Very basic.

    Nah, it's working alright now.
  3. Djkanna

    Very basic.

Loading it up is a pain in the ass. :(
  4. It is, and it's also easy to customise. I've not tried to implement another service (ala: Google Checkout) into it, but if I recall correctly it has the ability (with a little work) to do so, which is a plus. :p

    Anyone? :)

You had to wait till you were 18? That sucks. v1 is free, could be an option if you're still wanting the MCCodes stuff (IE: The pages and pages of mods here), or one of the other options mentioned.

  7. As far as I am aware, yes you can do this to your hearts content. If you want confirmation, you can file a support ticket here and they should get back to you.
  8. Yay, glad my ramblings amounted to something. Like I say, if your target audience is generally mmorpg players, then sure do it. If not, then perhaps just stick to the big releases across platforms and such (can include mmorpgs from time to time). Then as time progresses and you build up a team, then perhaps start thinking about expanding the range of topics you cover. Either way, whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck.
  9. Within your article, you made a little error (it's thugbattle.com not .co.uk) ;) As someone who's tried the whole review games, etc (and pretty much failed off the bat - those that know me, may remember GamerPlace.), I think your doing it wrong, you're asking us if we think the idea of reviewing mmorpgs is a good idea, when you should be looking at your audience (which I am assuming you do have), are they into the whole mmorpgs, do they want to read such reviews? Now I'll also ask you this; can you actually provide these reviews of mmorpgs without alienating some of your readers? As any (popular) review site as an example, they have writers and boy they have lots of them, therefore they can produce a wide variety of content, whereas you on the other hand have maybe 1 or two writers (didn't actually bother to look into this, again assuming). So can you balance each of these categories, and provide high quality reviews day in day out? If you do try go all out and cover a wide range of topics, I can almost guarantee you will end up just playing to a select few of your readers, whilst the rest that don't want to read reviews on x category are left waiting for the ones they do want to read and subsequently lose interest and move to a different review site, and there is a lot to choose from. (I think I'm helping here, but it's very early in the morning so I may just be spurting out any random crap)
  10. Way totally off-topic here: Skooda, signature image big enough for you?
  11. To answer your actual question, yes it could. Pretty much anything you do in <insert favorite graphic program here> could be made into a fully working 'game layout'.
  12. Seriously don't use Xat for this, there is plenty of chat scripts out there, that would perform better in this situation that isn't a flash app wrapped in an iframe. As Lucky said, google Ajax chat, see what comes up. If that has no luck, take one of the 'shoutbox' mods off of here, and modify it to fit your needs.

    Few things

Brick to iPad to trash. Seriously; Angry Birds is a staple in the whole i[***] world.
  14. Life gets in the way, so it is entirely plausible that it would take over 3 years to complete. That being said, if you're working on it non-stop for 3 years and it's still not done, it better be a bloody good game.
  15. For those that are to lazy to copy and paste
  16. As requested: Closed.
  17. Does this mean I can get myself a henna-boy T-shirt? :o -Best of luck, Sniko. I'll check it out when you're up and ready.
  18. Urr well, I use speakers for music, and general everyday run of the mill headphones, for certain things (IE: Gaming, watching YouTube at 4am etc)
  19. If you bought Redux straight out (judging from the price, that's a yes), then you may sell. If you upgraded from v2 to Redux, then you are unable to sell that (by terms, not by system in place over at MCCodes). Then again, they could have changed this term, I wouldn't know, as I really cannot be arsed to look/keep up to date with their terms. @Ian: His points were valid, yet you blow him off with your 'stupid' comment, and he's the stupid one, oh boy...
  20. You were an asshole when I was around and about too. :3 - as was I. As for Skooda, he probably should have been banned for scamming (my opinion) but he wasn't and has made up for his stupid things (again from what I've seen so also my opinion), so fair enough for him, let him be here, but remind others of his dodgey dealings as if it were (which he is doing himself -see his sig; so I give him a lot of credit for that, kudos Skooda).NN
  21. As requested; Closed.
  22. Hmm, someone give me $100 worth of coffee, I could sure use it! -OnTopic: ChavDave, your best bet is to file a support ticket, and they'll get back to you (apparently within 24 hours), I'm afraid MWG isn't really connected to MCCodes (in a way that allows this team to help with directly related MCCode account issues).
  23. Well, I asked him to create me one in 08, which then was turned into his first donation mod release (with a few extra bells and whistles), and now with his new one. Therego his original donation mod, was released a full year before yours was. :) Edit: - Not actually stating x copied y here, we all copy each other it makes us better. Edit again: On an unrelated note, insulting, yes the last statement was an insult (a very crap one but meh) a staff member is against some rule, I'm sure.
  24. I know! ;) This is why I added it as a suggestion for Cronus, as he's got very little chance of sales when yours, not only allows this but much more, and it's only $5 extra (currently).
