Looking to buy a fully coded site

So I'm looking to buy a fully coded and game ready site using GL with a custom theme and a few unique ideas let me see below and the pricing

I only have a low budget

well you can buy GM prem and buy a theme from me i have made some for GL thou i removed my work from the MWG market but i still have them on my portfolio site (some features are not finished but you can see screenshots)

as i said the site is still work in progress, didnt have much time to work on it recently but what you want? i can send it to you

Not to sound rude but if you think his stuff is out of your price range what exactly are you expecting to pay for a fully coded site with a custom theme and extra features?
