Achievement Modification

Hello! I am looking for a partner to help me code an idea I have.

It is called, achievements/merits/awards...

I have created a system where the admin can add awards and when a certain user reaches that requirement they will automatically be credited.

Now I am in need of people seeing achievements and see what they could do with the achievements.

So far I have this done -
