Then Grant have to get a re-export license to sell in the USA. Grant in a differnet country. He needs all them or face 10 to 25 years in jail. A fine of 10k to a million. Yes it's a loop hole, problem? Also before you go talking more **** like this. Anyone can sell the rights to something they own no matter what. From any country to anyone.
